Good location our first trip to Granada. Our room overlooked the street & as it was Holy Week
it was noisy late into the night but once the windows were closed it was fine. Reception were
helpful and friendly. Would stay again didn't have breakfast but there is a tapas bar next door
where we had an early morning coffee. If you are travelling to Granada by car there is a car park opposite the hotel.

Room Tip: rooms overlooking the courtyard maybe quieter.

Having stayed in Granada before we were determined this time to get a hotel with a good location & this hotel did not disappoint. Situated right in the heart of Granada everything was within easy reach. The hotel staff were friendly and extremely helpful. Beds were comfortable and, although our room faced the street, we had a really good nights sleep.
Breakfast was really good, buffet with a good selection.

Following advice from previous reviewers, we requested a room facing the courtyard to avoid noise from the street (even though this meant we could not have a double bed). However, noise echoed up from the rest of the hotel, disturbing us throughout the night. The hotel were also unable to provide any breakfast option before 8 am on a Sunday, despite it being included in our room rate.

The location of the hotel is excellent - right in the center, a minute's walk to cathedral, bus stops to Alhambra and Albayzin. The staff is helpful, the room is nice and clean. The hotel's parking is a bit expensive but very convenient and breakfast is good (even if lacking hot dishes). The hotel is surrounded by some of the better bars and restaurants in Granada, so the noise at night can get annoying.

This hotel is in the perfect location for exploring Granada. Its 1 block off the Grand Via and a 5 min walk from Plaza Nueva. Everything is right there! The staff was friendly and helpful, and the public areas of the hotel are very nicely done.

The downside is the rooms. They're a bit worn and could use some attention and renovation: Chips in the walls, faded furnishings, and a floor where the laminate had separated from the subfloor, so it creaked loudly every time someone walked thru the bathroom door. (At 2am, that's annoying!)

The other problem was the noise. There doesnt seem to be much sound insulation in these rooms, so you heard everyone moving around in the hallway.

But all that being said, we were there for 1 night, we spend maybe 8 hours total in the room, and the location was perfect for getting around the city. And for about 45 euros, and a place to park, it was worth it. I'd come back there again.

Convenient and superbly located for visiting Granada. Handy to everything. The room was a good size and very quiet. It even had a view (on tiptoes) of the Alhambra from one window. Breakfast was disappointing.

I just spent 4 nights at the NH Inglaterra, on holiday with a friend. The location is perfect, being right in the middle of the old centre of town. You are a short walk away from the Alhambra and everything you will want to see. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful to us, providing maps, circling where things were for us, making phone calls to find out opening hours and even providing salt for one of us to help calm a gum inflammation. The breakfast was excellent, with a good range of hams, cheeses, yogurt, fruit, pastries, and so on. The single room each of us had was a decent size, and the free wi-fi was much appreciated. We both found the rooms a bit warm, especially at night, but that was addressed by opening the window a crack. We did keep running out of bandwidth with the wifi, but the staff happily gave us a new code, and so the problem was minimal. Finally, I must mention the incredibly good value. All this for less than £40 a night. Can't ask for more than that!

Room Tip: We followed the advice to ask for a courtyard room each, and were blessed with excellent sleep and s...
