We arrived feeling hot and tired and were delighted to see a nice hotel with an impressive lobby. Unfortunately our standard room was old and dark, the one small window let in no light and the dark decor added to the overall feeling of a dated old room. Considering we were in Granada during a heatwave you would never know as no daylight entered the room.
The bathroom was small and in need of refurbishment too, the toiletries were limited and were not replaced during our two night stay.
Breakfast was quiet good with a good selection including fruit, cold meats and a hot buffet. It was similar to other Melia hotels we've stayed in.
We met two members of staff who were friendly and helpful, the others were indifferent and not particularly helpful.
When I return to Granada I will look for a different hotel.More
