The hotel is pleasant, but a little more old fashioned in style. The staff were very helpful. Our standard room had a large terrace but a rather old-fashioned bathroom (but still with a powerful shower).

The hotel has a nice rooftop bar and small pool, which is excellent to cool down during the Andalusian summer. The pool was also pretty quiet.

Nicely situated right across the street "El Corte Ingles", a department store that gives a certain category to the area, safe and top rating. The Staff is very pleasant. Nice swimming pool, Good breakfast

This hotel is nicely maintained with comfortable rooms. Roof top has wonderful view of city and the Alhambra, check it out at night to experience the stunning lights. Staff were helpful. Morning buffet was nicely presented and most adequate. For a nice stay in Granada this is my recommendation.

Strategically located in the town centre so that almost every important sight -even the mighty Alhambra complex- can be accessed by foot. The river and the shopping areas are also in the vicinity. We had large bedroom and bathroom and the breakfast was good, offering great choice. The rate was also very good. Staff friendly and helpful enough although linguistically challenged at times. WIFI speed can be improved as can the Aircon when the temperarure exceeds 35*C. There is a restaurant serving dinner from 21.00' on the newly opened Roof Terrace, offering stunning views over the Alhambra and Sacromonte hills. The Angelo Patisserie/ Cafe/ Icecream parlour, in the corner of the Hotel block offers fantastic pastries and specialist coffees very inexpensively...!

Had a very enjoyable 3 night stay in Granada and we were very pleased with our choice of hotel. The hotel is very central which means it's not too far to walk for sightseeing. The rooftop pool (although small) is a great way to cool off. The bar on the roof is very good too. In the evening, the rooftop turns into a great restaurant with good food and great views across to the Alhambra. We used the hotel underground car park during our stay. They'll offer to park your car for you. It's quite a tight squeeze down there so you might want to take this option!

We found the hotel staff very pleasant. We would happily return.
