We really enjoyed the hotel. It was in the perfect location and close to everything Granada has to offer. When we arrived the front desk staff was kind of cold and didn't give us some tourist tips, which was unfortunate. However, the next few times we approached the staff, they were very helpful. The rooms were very modern and the bed was really comfortable. The only small issue with the room is that there was a bar with a patio below our room and it was a little loud late night. Overall, I would recommend this hotel and stay there again in Granada. We loved the city!

Very nice hotel - esp. enjoyed the breakfast - chocolate covered crepes/pancakes. Yummy. Hotel was very nice, with Garage in the basement. Rooms were nice, although the air-conditioning in my room sucked! Reception was good, English was no issue. Price was reasonable.

Room Tip: Make sure you tell the reception folks that a room with fully functioning air conditioning is a must...

The location was great, a nice short wall to the cathedral and a supermarket close by. I stayed as part of an insights tour, dinner was included one night, the high light was the bread. The food was awful. Not sure why on a tour of Spain we get served canneloni, with bland cheese, overcooked dry chicken with no sauce, and some indiscrimnate coffee slush with lemon ice cream? Vino was cheap, but that is spain. Breakfast was good, coffee was not, but unfortunately if you are part of a tour they treat you like second class guests at breakfast and make you sit in another room away from the buffet, even though no one else was dining.....obviously we didnt pay enough. Sheets on the bed were really rough and unpleasant.

Stayed for 3 nights. Hotel itself is very clean in and out. Soundproofing (against room-to-room and from the hallway noise) was very poor and woke me up a couple of times at night. Wifi slow and shower facility poor. Breakfast is inexpensive but marginal in quality. Location is very good and lively. Good value for the price.

Excellent hotel in a great location in centre of Granada, walking distance to all the sites and nightlife of the city. Hotel appeared very new and was high quality with great rooms and huge bed. Did not eat their due to all the local nearby places to sample. Will use again if going to Granada.

We initially booked two nights and actually stayed three. It was well located to enable an easy walk to find tapas bars and restaurants. The staff were extremely helpful including arranging a guided tour of the Alhambra which included being picked up and returned to the hotel.
The breakfast was very good with an excellent choice on the buffet.
Would thoroughly recommend this hotel in such a beautiful city

Stayed here for 2 nights and it was great. Clean comfortable and central. Staff were pleasant and helpful. Especially Bruno on checking in offering advice about visiting the Alhambra and Paco in the bar - which was great value for drinks and eating. Rooms good breakfast excellent. I'd recommend it
