“Great location”

Our room was a good size and the beds were very comfortable. Kathy (from Iowa) at the front desk was very helpful as were the other staff. The hotel is close to Plaza Nueva and within walking distance of the Cathedral. By booking directly with the hotel through their website we got free breakfast.

I only stayed one night but would have been happy to stay much longer. The staff were great and spoke perfect English. The room was comfortable, clean and quiet. The hotel is well located in the centre of town and it is walking distance to all the sights.

Breakfast was a bit ordinary but when in Spain it's almost a crime to eat in a hotel restaurant with all the great places to eat.

Nothing memorable about the hotel except its location was ideal and close to all the sights we came to see. The room was average and the breakfast was standard. I'm not even sure if it's a good value since we were traveling with a tour group.

Just returned from 6 night holiday and overjoyed we stayed at this marvellous hotel. It is in the perfect location. Close to the cathedral and its nearby plazas and the plaza nueva. Great food, cafes and restaurants close to hand.
The room was excellent for our needs. We had the only fifth floor room, which is up a flight of stairs. The lift goes to the 4th floor. There are four beds – two in the large living space and two past a partition on the way to the bathroom. This is a perfect arrangement for ourselves and our two children. The room was clean – faultless daily service. There are two air-conditioning unit, one in each of the sleeping areas and two TVs, if you need them.
We chose to have breakfast at the hotel for the sake of convenience and so pleased we did. Good choice of pastries, ham, cheese etc constantly topped up by the staff.
The staff are all amazingly obliging. Without exception the staff were professional, helpful and obliging.
Highly recommended.

The hotel is a little non-descript from the outside - but the inside and staff are warm and welcoming. Kathy at the front desk was amazing - we came straight from Madrid, dropped off our stuff, and she mapped out a path for us to walk through the Albayzin. She gave us some color on what it was like in Granada - from the high unemployment rate to the fact that her teenager (like all the other kids) is out with her friends until 3 a.m. Great recommendations for places to eat. The only flaw with the room is that the toilet made noise - but closing the door to the bathroom took care of that. Hotel is about 5 minutes from Capilla Real and the Cathedral, about 5 minutes from the bus to the Alhambra, 10 minutes to the Albayzin, a 20 minute walk to the side entrance of the Alhambra. We were only in Granada for about 30 hours and I wish we had spent more time there. Wi-fi in the lobby was free, map at the front desk worked well for getting around. We had great tapas at Bodega Castaneda, around the corner from the hotel - and Granada has a great thing where each round of drinks gets a free tapas. We ate like kings for about 10 euros each.

We stayed here for 4 nights and found the hotel great for our needs. Good sized rooms with decent standard of facilities and a very friendly welcome from staff who clearly new their business and were helpful at all times. Breakfast was pleasant and lots of comfy seating around the place. Free wifi in the lounge rand also available at a fee in the rooms - something quite rare in middle range Spanish hotels.

The hotel is fairly bland from the outside - on a non descript side street - but it is well decorated inside and benefits from a great location close to all of the major sights. The Cathedral is a few minutes in one direction whilst the Alhambra can be reached via an uphill walk in about 15 minutes (to one of the side entrances rather than main ticket office - so buy your tickets before you go!)

Buy on line and then print off your tickets at one of the Caixa Bank ATM machines in town. It works well and means you miss the queues at the Alhambra ticket office. You are also then free to enter by one of the other gates - closer to the town so less of a walk. Also try the night tour (simply amazing) as well as the day tour - you will not regret it!

The Anacapri is in a great location, right between the Cathedral and the Albayzin, and right at the bottom of the road leading to Alhambra. The staff was friendly and helpful (although I wouldn't go with their restaurant recommendations), and the room was clean and comfortable with a small balcony which was nice. The hotel does not have any particular character, but it is perfectly attractive and for the location and price, it is great. They have WiFi in the lobby area but not in the rooms; and breakfast is offered but we didn't try it. All in all, it was a perfect choice for two nights and a visit jammed with sightseeiing. Two warnings: (1) no clock in the room, (2) tourist map available at front desk is not adequate to the small calles of the old town.
