“Nice experience for Grenada”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 28 March 2014

We stayed here for 2 nights because we were driving and it was very convenient for parking and access to the Alhambra. Very nicely decorated rooms, great cleanliness all around and English- speaking helpful front desk clerks. We ate in restaurant on second floor but wouldn't recommend it much. I ordered loin of cod and got overly salty piece of fish covered over by tomato- peppers glom. It turned out it was really baccala but waiter didn't say so. Husband ordered duck confit and enjoyed it. Great flan for dessert. Waiter was very sweet and wrote down best brand of local olive oil to buy.Would recommend this restaurant when you're all walked out from Alhambra and need lovely well-appointed quiet room to chill out.

It is a very confortable, restaured and modern at the same time hotel in which we stayed for our marriage anniversary in Caceres.
The room was spacious and confortav´ble as well as the excelent bathroom.
Very good breakfast.
I strongly recomend.

This is the unbeatable location, and as we had a car, the parking option was extremely helpful. The room was very comfortable, clean and the staff very helpful. The only issue was a very poorly functioning internet connection - which was important to us.

Room Tip: We had no issues with a room facing the street, even with being on the second floor.

We stayed here for 3 nights. The hotel is conveniently located, a minutes walk from the Alhambra. Its a very basic hotel, all we needed was a good, clean place to stay after touring all day. The price and location was acceptable as well as the fact that all 3 of our kids were allowed to share the room with us. Alternatively I would have opted for a better choice. Park for free very close to the Alhambra's 15 Euro a day parking. Its a further 2 minutes walk but you could save 15 Euro/day. Ask Javier at the front desk to direct you.

This hotel is targeted to groups of tourists on tours stopping by to visit the Alhambra. It is clean and convenient but lacks charm and style. The WIFI is totally unreliable. We had 2 rooms and the WIFI did not work at all in one of the 2 rooms and was really spotty in the other. The heating did not work in one of our 2 rooms and we finally had a to have an electric heater installed (it was freezing in the room).

The location is great in that you do not need to drive in the city of Granada (narrow medieval streets with fast taxis and mopeds everywhere makes driving a nightmare). Walk across the street for early morning Alhambra, take a break at hotel and return for rest of this fantastic site. PARKING is 15€ per day at Alhambra parking lot. We parked up the street outside of lot. The bus stop is literally 100 yards down the road and 1.20€ each way into the city center. Restaurant and cafeteria are not fantastic but convenient for lunch and dinner (serves at 7:30 pm which is early for Spain) and good value. Find somewhere else for breakfast.

For conveniece to the Alhambra, this place can't be beat -- literally right across the street. For drivers, it also has the convenience of ample and easy parking in the Alhambra's parking lot, which is very easy to access. We had early morning tickets to the Alhambra and then were driving to Seville, so this location was perfect. But don't think you're far removed from the rest of Granada, it's an easy 15-20 minute walk or there are plenty of well-marked buses. And the hotel staff was very helpful in this regard. The rooms are plain and simply but clean. My only slight complaint would be the breakfast; it did seem slightly overpriced for what was served -- but then as a matter of convenience, it couldn't be beat.
