The hotel is in a perfect position, at very low walking distance from the center and the cathedral. The room is very clean but sometimes a bit smelly (likely from the drains). It is old style furnished but overall functional. The breakfast is not included but you can decide to pay for it day by day. The staff is kind and helpful.

Everything you'd expect for the price and rating. The single room was comfortable, clean, and quiet; and the bathroom was large. Breakfast was good. Cafeteria off the hall was a bonus. Friendly staff.

Hotel was disappointing as it did not live up,to the photos on travel websites. The hotel is very tired but the staff are helpful. It is very 70s. There are stairs going up to the lift which means humping bags up,them. Our room did not have enough useable sockets to recharge our phones or camera batteries. One of the sockets was behind a wooden bed headboard. The other was under a table and the TV was plugged into it. Rooms need accessible sockets. Also lighting so poor we needed a torch to read in bed. Very noisy occupants one night after midnight. Bring earplugs. No means of obtaining drinks unless you bring a travel kettle. Breakfast buffet basic. If you get a cheap room rate and don't expect too much then this town centre hotel is ok. It is not a commercial business hotel as it advertises because the standard is too low. We wished we had spent more on an upmarket hotel.

Although the location was great, the hotel inside is dark, the furnishings are old and the bedspreads looked as if they were from the 70s. We didn't communicate with the front desk staff much except to check in. Overall it suited its purpose I was just left wanting something more.

What an interesting place situated close to many of the amenities Granada city has to offer. Stayed here for 2 nights and found the staff helpful and courteous. Although our original plan was to stay in the city for the week, we ended up only staying 2 nights, so we could spend the time in a more rural location.
The room was clean and comfortable and was typically small, but functional. Transport connections to this hotel are good with taxis and buses are close by.

Hotel was centrally located and the breakfast was vey good. The rooms are clean but furnishings and decor are old and weathered. We had a family room that was great for sleeping four comfortably. Front desk staff was very helpful.

I was truly hoping that the Hotel Juan Miguel would make for a good stay in Granada, but unfortunately it did not. While the location is quite central and the breakfast was lovely, these were probably the only two positive qualities about this hotel. As I frequently travel to Granada alone on business, free wifi is essential for me, but it really didn't matter because I could barely use it in my hotel room. Many times, I couldn't even open a webpage, which made doing my work nearly impossible. In addition, the electricity went out in my room the last night of my stay! I waited for a while to see if it would return, but I ended up having to report the outage to the front desk and waited about 3 hours for the problem to be fixed. Being that it was nighttime, I had absolutely no light in my room except for my laptop. I won't be going back.
