“Great view”
Reviewed 13 May 2014

For up there you have a great view of the Albaycin below and the Alhambra on the opposite hill.

It takes another dimension at night when the Alhambra is fully lit.

“Go Next Door”
Reviewed 13 May 2014

This view is good but we found a better one (also less crowded) next door in the courtyard of the mosque. Anyone can go in during open hours, just be respectful by keeping voices down.

“Get there early”
Reviewed 12 May 2014

We took a self guided walk to San Nicolas, through the old streets of Granada. We were lucky that when we got to the top, we got some stunning views of Alhambra and the mountains. There was only five of us there at about 9am, but a few minutes later the coach tours arrived and it wasn't the same. The church is worth a visit and you can climb the tower for a 2 euro donation.

“Great view!”
Reviewed 11 May 2014

Great view! You can enjoy the view of the Alhambra and snow cap Sierra Nevada at sunset. We took bus number 31 from Plaza Nueva because we were too tired to walk uphill, but do walk starting from Carrera del Darro if you still got energy. Arrive early will allow you to get good spot for the photo and the view because it can get quite crowded.

“What a view”

A great place to walk up to ( quite a climb but through the lovely streets of the Arab quarter ) this is THE spot to see the Alhambra Palace and take pics with the snow covered sierra Nevada mountains behind
