We found ourselves in a cave. That immediately created a magical atmosphere. The music, singing and dancing were phenomenal. It was an additional treat when a fantastic singer and 2 dancers joined the group from the audience. The night was very special and I would go again. One thing - it is hard to find.

I went there with 4 of my german tennis collegs. Without the help of a taxidriver we would`nt have found it. Our reservation was the flamenco event and tapas. We all were of the opinion that eating there was not a good idea, since the food was cheep but not good.Nevertheless the performance was good and the location werth seeing.

Rating should be -5.

We went with a large group of friends and were seated at a table for 22 at the side of the stage. I could not see the dancers’ feet. Most of the show I watched as a reflection in the glass of a painting.

The service was very slow. You would think they would want to make money on drinks. The food was just okay.

Even those who spoke Spanish in our group could not understand what they were singing.

Only come in a taxi or else you will have to walk up many steep, uneven steps. Be careful leaving the restaurant, their steps do not have a light.

The guitar player was great.

Good Morning Becky,

I'm sorry you did not enjoy the show. I assure you that we give everything so that our clients have a unique night.

According to what you mention, you were located in one of the side caves, but it is a corner that customers like very much, as it is a private place to enjoy with the group. Anyway, if you did not see anything, and you would have told the waiters, they would have offered you an alternative.

I see that you came in high season, the cave is usually full, and maybe the service was slower.

We have the best singers in Granada, they sing flamenco, and if you are not from Spain it may be difficult to understand the lyrics of the song.

Our cave is located in the neighborhood of Albaycin, a paved neighborhood Patromonio of Unesco, where there is lights, so I don´t understand your comment.

We wait for you again very soon so that you can enjoy it better.

This hidden gem - hidden in a hillside cave, but revealed through the magic of google maps (which can find every pedestrian staircase and alley in Granada if instructed to give walking directions) - was a fantastic evening activity. We had seen a flamenco performance in Madrid a few days earlier and can recommend this one as more authentic, intimate, and vibrant.

I would recommend reserving a table and tapas - the meal included a large salad frisée with fresh tuna; fried eggplant (drizzled with honey?); the best fried eggs my wife has ever had, over potatoes with jamon and garlic; roasted chicken; and a drink. Well worth it.

The show - well it is clear that these artists perform from a place of personal passion. The show felt loose and improvisational in only the best ways, true to form and tradition but full of personal flair. And sitting 2m from the stage you can’t help but see the concentration on the dancers’ faces and the sweat on their brows as they express themselves.

We have visited Granada at the end of May, booked a coupleof weeks in advance the show and a meal, so we got a table near the stage. We loved the show, we highly recommend it. Good food, great atmosphere.
