That was really I had negative to say. Great, attractive, clean, place. Really terrific breakfast buffet with many choices! Nice staff that worked with us despite the language barrier. Simplest transportation was walking and the hotel was a little off the main path for that to work and with a great deal of road construction taking place, public transportation was even more possible that we might have otherwise focus it to be.

I stayed at the Andalucia while at a conference and the location was perfect as it is a quick 5 min walk to the conference center. It is also only a 15 min walk from a great gym called the O2 centro wellness center that has a fitness center, tennis courts and pools for lane swimming. There is also a grocery store around the corner.

The staff were decent although their english was not great. But both are to be expected in Spain, as in general Spain is not the friendliest place and lots of people speak little to no english.

The bathroom is large. The staff are stingy with towels and toiletries though.

The beds are very hard, about the same you get throughout Europe. The great part is that there is no noise at night, but in the morning you hear the doors of people's rooms slamming behind them. Cleanliness is average. Internet worked great. Breakfast is good, hot and cold items, pretty standard.

Overall everything was just average so nothing spectacular, but I would likely still stay here again.

Exelent place. Personnel very helpful.Tastier breakfasts ever. Abundant breakfast. Nice terrace restaurant and swimmingpool. Only minor problem: small parking under hotel, not adviced to go with ling car. Good value for money. Adviced tours were more expensive than what you can get on your own.

I spent two nights in this hotel and the overall evaluation is not so good.

1)Rooms-->they are spacious but not so clean, especially the sheets. We experimented a problem with the air conditioning system but they succeeded in resolving it. The bathroom is quite big but every time we had a shower the floor got wet because three were some leakage in the mirror separating the shower from the bathroom.
The rooms didn't seem to be soundproofed in fact we could here almost everything from the corridor and from the street (we were at the third floor) and a few times I checked whether the window was correctly closed.

2) Position-->it is quite far from the city center: on foot you need almost 30minutes. Close to the hotel there is a taxi park

3) Breakfast-->the breakfast room is located at the reception level and it is spacious and luminous;) there is almost everything you can desire: from deserts to ham and cheese.

4)Wifi connection-->it works very good in the hotel hall and garden but when I moved to my room the signal was very low and I had some problem with it.

5)Swimming pool-->very fascinating the fact that it is located on the roof of the building, the problem is that it is very small.

I would say I'm not so satisfied and consider that is not in the city center and it's quite far from it on foot (although there is a taxi station and a bus station close to the hotel)

Lobby area is clean and room was OK. There was a funky smell in the bathroom that spread throughout the room and we had to open the window to air out the room. Hotel location is a bit far from the city center but fortunately since Granada is not a big city it took us about 25 minutes to walk downtown.

I booked this hotel based on the reviews here and on the criteria that we required a swimming pool because the weather was set to be in the high 20's. Although the pool area is fantastic with great views, located on the roof, I never really got a chance to use it due to some bad weather. Price was also amazing, almost too good to be true.

We arrived and were very pleasantly checked in, even though we were very early for the room. The room was great, the hotel is kept to a high standard and the staff are very pleasant and helpful. Room was well equipped and bathroom was great and spacious. All amenities worked well and it was great to have a safe which you didn't have to pay extra for, which can happen in some properties.

My only slight quibble was that it was a 20 minute brisk walk into the proper old centre of Granada and that is fine, as we are both excellent walkers, however, we didn't count on the rain - it bucketed for two days and so the walk became a bit of a miserable trek so we invariably had to take taxis instead. Albeit nothing that the hotel can do about the weather.

All in all we had a very pleasant stay and would recommend, but just note the walk.
