While traveling with our two 20 year old sons, we stayed one night at Casa Bombo. The staff was very helpful, the room clean and comfortable, the view of the Alhambra was amazing. But the best part was the people we got to meet and socialize with while we were there. Our sons got to meet people their own age from many parts of the world. It helped them to decide that they want to master a second language and travel on their own. The atmosphere created by Pasquale and team was friendly, casual and conducive to making friends. Our stay at Casa Bombo was one of their favorite nights of the trip.

We stayed for three days in Casa Bombo, and we were delighted : amazing view of the Alhambra, very nice neighborhood, feel like home cooking, and welcoming guests. The rooms and common areas are very clean, and the terrasse very enjoyable. We highly recommend this place, even though we would love to keep it to ourselves... Highly reserved 5!

I really enjoyed my stay here. There was an amazing view and the staff was great! Everyone was very friendly and welcoming -- Pask always had great beats playing and was always making jokes. The breakfast -- especially the coffee! -- was delicious, too! I'd definitely recommend this hostel!

Wonderful location, clean, beautiful view of the Alhambra, lovely staff :) All round, highly recommended! Certainly the best hostel that I have stayed in, by far. My friend and I stayed here on vacation. Upon arrival, the staff gave us a great tourist map and great suggestions for what to do around town. They even suggested a local music festival, which turned out to be a lot of fun. We felt very safe, and everything was very clean. Breakfast was perfect, and especially delicious when eaten outside on the patio with the beautiful view of the Albyzen and Alhambra. Just remember, they accept only cash. We did not realize until we read our reservation details more closely just before arriving.

The staff are friendly, helpful and welcoming, the view is incredible and the atmosphere is both fun and relaxing. Despite selecting the dormitory-style room, it was neither noisy nor was it difficult to sleep. The food was tasty, and the drinks were reasonably priced and delicious (the mojitos especially!). It was a wonderful few days, and made still more pleasant by the delightful time spent in Casa Bombo.

How lucky I was to have stumbled upon Casa Bombo for a last minute trip with my sister.
With its great location, lovely staff and the most amazing views (not to mention the fact that they can be seen whilst relaxing by the poolside), I couldn't have wished for anything better. It really was the perfect place to stay, matched only by the sights in Granada that we visited upon recommendation of the staff. I'll definitely be recommending this place to others and I know that my sister will be too. I can't wait to go back again some time in the future. Thanks for all Casa Bombo!!

Room Tip: We stayed in both the twin room and also the 6 ben dorm. Both were equally as nice.

...as other travelers have said, it is quite noisy -- hard to sleep, if sleep is what you want before midnight. Also, the breakfast was poor: cheapest kind of supermarket bread and cereal. Even the introduction of melon one morning didn't alleviate the sense of trying to cut corners financially. (If you stay at Casa Bombo, eat breakfast at the "Cafe of 4 Cats" down the road for a delicious and satisfying repast.) I thought, too, that 75 euros/night should include staff clearing and washing dishes. What a shame, because the young owners and staff were kind and helpful, and the place was spotlessly clean and well decorated. Having looked around Granada later, I decided that the charge for the "deluxe" room is a bit much. Anyway, the business is fairly new, and I'm sure it will get better and better.
