Great location in the old part of town. Very convenient and everything you need in the kitchen. Lovely balcony to enjoy breakfast in the mornings before the sun hits. Good shower. Air conditioner in the living area great but can get a little hot in the bedrooms at night. Great food recommendations sent to us from the owners once we booked.

We absolutely loved staying in this apartment - it was in a charming historic building, but with all mod cons, was comfortable, central, had a gorgeous sunny patio, and the onsite caretaker was friendly and helpful. Excellent shower too! Would definitely stay again.

The apartment was fabulous, with charm and character from it's era, and the terrace was a sheer delight to sit out on.
I would definitely stay here again.
Stayed for 3 nights with parents. It was a good central location close to Alhambra, which was also great for exploring around plus taking advantage of the fresh food at Mercado San Agustin. However I wouldn't recommend staying here if you're a light sleeper/want peace and quiet. Even with ear plugs, it was very noisy, even on a Monday night, when music was blaring or passers-by were talking loudly, further amplified by the noisy streets. Also if one of your party has mobility problems, I would suggest staying somewhere else as there are lots of inclines/steps and cobbled streets so definitely no big suitcases as per the Owner's advice even if you're walking from the nearest car park (San Agustin)! Even though there were nice touches, e.g. fresh coffee, little milk carton in the kitchen, the TV was stuck on one channel even when the batteries were changed; the safe in my room didn't work/no key and the wifi was often weak/unable to connect. The Housekeeper was easy going and friendly but seemed forgetful as we had to keep asking for missing items (hair dryer, coffee maker) and then he forgot to order our taxi when we left so it got quite stressful making sure we were on time for our flight!

My husband and I stayed in apartment 2b in October 2014 for a few days. We had been to Granada a couple of times before but never stayed in the Albayzin and the location was just fantastic. The apartment itself was perfect and very well equipped - it was lovely to stay in such an old, historical building and you really felt like you were in the heart of the old city. The views were amazing - beautiful views of the Alhambra from some of the rooms. It was very close to lots of restaurants, and all the main areas where you would want to explore. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend these apartments or Granada.

The service was excellent. We took the option of being met at the airport and driven to the apartment (30e). All stress free. At the apartment Jamie was always on hand to help and share his local knowledge. Apartment was well situated and quiet and perfect for 30 degrees plus. The beds were very comfortable and the large private terrace a real bonus. Liked most; staying in a sensitively renovated Carmen in Albaicin. Liked least; having to leave!

Stayed here with my wife and two teenage daughters.
Flat was full of character and fortunately had air conditioning as temperatures reached over 35C. We really appreciated the outside space - the terrace was a lovely place to have meals on and a great place to dry the laundry.
Well-equipped with cooker, microwave and washing machine - only missing a dishwasher for perfection.
Definitely forget the car - driving and parking is for locals or daredevils with small cars only!
Great position. A 5 minute walk downhill takes you to a small supermarket and a 10 minute walk uphill takes you to another supermarket and an open-air market where you can buy fruit and vegetables.
Lots of restaurants and bars within a few minutes walk either up or downhill.
Close to most of the major tourist sites - a 5 minute walk from the Mirador of San Nicolas with great views over the Alhambra, the Cathedral is about 10-15 minutes away and the Alhambra a 25 minute walk.
The housekeeper, Jamie, was very nice and helped make our stay a very happy and enjoyable one.
Granada itself is a lovely city - I suggest you get the Granada Card online before you get here and don't forget to visit the science park - it's worth a few hours.
