Stayed here for one night as part of a bus tour. The room decor was very dated, and in bad need of an uplift. Matresses seemed old too, though I had a good night's sleep. However, the pillow choice was limited to one of the thin, narrow types.

Dinner buffet was a decent spread, but unspectacular; breakfast was fairly so-so too, and could have done with an extra coffee machine

Ok TV, but no channels in English. There also appeared to be no wifi in the hotel - perhaps it was lobby-only, but there was no notice of this.

Room Tip: There was a bit of noise from the street, so an inward-facing room might be best.

On our trip through Andalusia after Seville came Granada. Our agency in Belgrade told us that we will be settled in Granada in a hotel with three stars, but I do not know how, we ended up in this beautiful four-star hotel in the city center. Room for us was like a suite. Spacious, with a beatutiful bathroom. Hotel is a great spot close to the main street Gran Via. From the hotel you can walk to the cathedral and the famous Elvira street where you can buy various souvenirs and items of leather. We knew that a city has the Alhambra can have bad hotels but this hotel is good beyond all our expectations. Nearby are numerous restaurants, cafes, bakeries, shops. In it we spent two nights and we really relaxed and enjoyed. Warm it recommend all those who plan to visit Granada.

Overall a poor experience.
Dirty bathroom
Handle to bathroom door broken
Handle in bathtub loose. Almost fell.
Linens dingy and showing wear.
Definitely a group hotel with no attention to detail.
One small bar soap.
Thin scratchy towels.
Would not recommend a stay here.

Simple, clean, very easy to find, not too far from the centre of town. Very friendly and helpful staff. Parking for a fee. Clean rooms. Breakfast was fine if nothing special. Only real down side, we found the maids like to start cleaning really early and like to let you know.

Room Tip: Try to get a room with views NOT of the Patio. Its quiet small so you have views straight into other guests rooms (and vice versa!). You'll find you need to keep curtain shut a lot!

A standard tourist class hotel with clean rooms and an ok breakfast. The hotel is located outside the central area in a newer part of Granada. I would recommend getting a hotel in the central city area which is more convenient to the tourist attractions. Not much more to say one way or the other about the hotel.
