“Loved the science park!”
Reviewed 20 March 2012

i loved the place. especially if you re travelling with your kids, you got to take them there. it's a brilliant way to introduce sciences to them. and of course not only for kids, but for adults too. Loved the views from the top floor. Definitely one of those places to visit in granada.

“Don't miss it if you have children”
Reviewed 29 February 2012

Right after reading some reviews here I wasn't even sure if we should visit this place. However I am glad we did go and my kids had a ball and LOVED it. I wonder if the person who gave it a thumbs down for not having enough to do here has a map of the whole place. Its BIG but it does't look or feel big and if you don't look at the map they give you could miss out LOADS.

This place is build such that there is the main arena and then you have to find your way outside and find more stuff to enjoy. Its a hands on Science Park not just one where kids gawp at ancient stuff. It was just a hit with my kids.

Don't miss the observational tower outside as this really is the icing on the cake. You will see the whole Granada here and the ice capped Sierra Nevada mountains in the background. There binocular they have here are superb and we could see people skating down the Nevada. I chucked our binoculars afterwards as I realised how awful they were.

“Very Interesting”
Reviewed 28 February 2012

The Science Park is a very interesting place for adults and children to visit. I think that children will especially enjoy this. The Observation Tower has good views of the city. You can see many butterflies flying in the Tropical Butterfly House. The Science Park was very well planned and all the exhibits are very interesting and enjoyable. You can learn a lot by wandering from exhibit to exhibit.

“Fun for grownups too”
Reviewed 19 February 2012

We came here only because the park was included in out Granada Tourist Bono card. Glad we made the trip here. Easy to get there via bus from town center. Plan on at least a few hours here exploring everything. Lots of hands on and interactive displays. The t-Rex Exhibit and the Escher art show were the temporary exhibits while we were there. Also has a large tower you can go up to take in 360 degree views of the city. Walk back down via the stairs. There is also a cafe onsite so you can take a break. We have been to several natural history and science museums and thought this was one of the better ones. If you have kids, be sure to put this one on your itinerary, and if you are traveling without kids, it is still worth a visit.
