We stayed 6 nights I. This great hotel. We loved it. Staff is friendly and helpful, rooms are great, spacious and well appointed. The hotel restaurant is excellent. We stayed in the old part of the hotel and really felt we made the right decision when we requested it. The hotel is centrally located, we walked to most places and could have walked to the Alhambra but we took a taxi for $12 euros. I highly recommend this hotel is you want a luxurious visit to Granada!

We stayed at Palacio de los Patos for 2 nights from Sep 7-9 - what a wonderful experience! The hotel is a modern boutique hotel placed inside a historic and beautiful mansion that is close to sights such as the Cathedral, Royal Chapel, shopping and restaurants. We were upgraded to the nicest suite in the hotel, which was basically a 3-room apartment - a lovely surprise and a terrific, comfortable room with comfy bed! The staff is very helpful and pleasant. The breakfast has great variety. The terrace is a lovely place for an evening nightcap. The property is impeccably maintained. For anyone that doesn't know Granada, we were also pleasantly surprised by the town and felt it rivaled Sevilla for charm - it is a sophisticated town with wonderful restaurants and shopping, charming, narrow streets to wander, and of course, the fabulous Alhambra palace. The Alhambra is not walkable from the hotel, but it is an inexpensive taxi ride - it's also worth taking a taxi from the Alhambra over to St. Nicholas square on the opposite hill after your Alhambra visit to overlook the amazing palace and enjoy a glass of wine and a tapa. The Palacio is a spectacular boutique hotel in a spectacular city!

I booked a long weekend at the Hospes Palacio de Los Patos as a late birthday treat for my partner. We stayed in a Junior Suite, which are all in the old building I believe. The room was stunning with long bay windows, an original mosaic floor, a wood paneled ceiling with painting inserts and a very comfortable king size bed. The bathroom was a good size with a spacious shower and a separate bathtub. The whole hotel was beautifully clean.
The terrace and restaurant were beautiful, especially at night and the food was pretty good too!
The staff are what makes any good hotel great and the staff at the Hospes were, without exception, efficient, friendly and helpful. A special mention goes to Patricia in the restaurant, who was brilliant. She even found out the type of plant growing over the terrace for us.
Although the hotel is a little away from the busy tourist areas we saw that as a plus, meaning that it was nice and quiet and Granada is a small enough city that everything is only a short walk away.
Highly recommended!

We were here for 3 days and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Upon arrival the staff were welcoming and gave us a choice of room as well as a tour of the hotel. We stayed in the old classic original palace and amenities were modern and sleek. Double sinks, bath tub, and private toilet, excellent.
They have a lovely outdoor patio where you can read or have a coffee. We also took advantage of the spa and pricing was reasonable for massages and facials.
They sent us a welcoming bottle of champagne which we much appreciated. We also asked for a duvet for the bed as it was cool at night.
The hotel was helpful at making reservations and were most gracious. The staff made you feel special. A first class hotel and we loved it.

Excellent service - wonderful breakfast and garden setting for a city Although room comfortable and bed wonderful we were disappointed with the little natural sunlight in our deluxe room which made it a not particularly relaxing place to sit and read/relax
