Can not beat the location! You literally step out into the heart of the city. Bus to Alhambra (must must see) is right around the corner and Albayzin, the old city, is just few blocks. Parking is next to the hotel with an elevator leading up to the front lobby, though there is absolutely no need to rent a car if you are staying in Granada for few days. Public transportation is convenient, readily available and cost effective and saves you the trouble of driving in a maze of narrow streets. Hotel room was very clean and comfortable with a modern decor. Staff was helpful. We found hotel better than its reviews. The city was magical and we could not have asked for a better location to experience it. Strongly recommend!

It was a great night's sleep and very close to the attractions. Clean and comfortable. I would return.

Stayed here three days for a conference. My room was nice, comfortable bed, and a spectacular breakfast. The breakfast here deserves special mention - it was the best I've seen in a long time. The buffet is so large that you forget to order the a la carte hot dishes. The conference facilities looked good but were miserable. Noisy, suffocatingly claustrophobic, but it worked ok none-the-less. What else: oh the only reason I don't give this place 5 stars is because they make you pay for internet. Come on it is 2011, don't charge for internet. All that does is makes me angry that I am paying top price only to get screwed by stupid internet charges.
Walking distance to everything you will want to see if you are a tourist here.

Rooms and bathroom are large but the room is a little dark for reading or working. It is very noisy because of it's central location. We had asked for a quiet room and were given a room on the 5th floor (I think). I suspect that there are no quiet rooms or all their rooms look out to the street. It was very noisy into the wee hours of the morning and also from 6 am onwards. You could hear people talking and laughing from the street. It is centrally located in the middle of the city centre and convenient to shops and restaurants and within walking distance of the Alhambra.
