Worth everyone of its 5 stars, rooms were luxurious, lots of space and comfortable beds, bathroom was possibly one of the best I have ever seen, breakfast buffet was generous with lots of choice, staff were friendly, courteous & helpful. There's a thermal spa with great views which is e25 for two people for one hour, most recommended after wandering around Granada, and the hotel is located a 15 minute walk away from the Cathedral (bus no6 will take you straight up and down if you don't fancy that). Not sure how much this would cost to book as I booked through an offer but I would def stay here again.

This hotel is lacking certain business amenities:
- bell stand or porter
- dependable room service
- taxi service or stand
- business center or printing
- concierge desk
- working gym
- convenient location
- gift shop or pantry shop
This hotel is geared toward tourists. The majority of customers seem to be with a tour company, and there's usually one or more tour buses in front of the property.
The only room service is an assortment of low end pizzas throughout the day, and their is no convenient restaurant, except in the dying mall down the street from the hotel.
If you want a taxi, you call one and wait, or you walk 2 blocks to the nearest taxi stand. Nothing is close-by, so you get some exercise by default, which is the only exercise since the gym wasn't working and the nearest gym is two blocks away.
There were many other things wrong with this property, which is insulting to real business hotels that it calls itself as a "business" hotel. It should call itself a "tourist" low end hotel. I would definitively not stay here again, except unless it was free.

We booked what we thought was a great deal in one of the sister hotels M.A. Hotel Puerta de los Aljibes on Booking.com. Once we managed to find the hotel, which was a bit of a mission (as is finding everything without the internet on demand on one's phone!), we were offered an upgrade to the 5* Nazaries, and once we heard the pool was closed in the M.A. Puerta we were sold! Nazaries is a big clean business class hotel, more of a 4 * than a 5* though, but super handy for heading out to the ring roads each day to adventure in the Sierra Nevada and only 10-15 mins walk up along what appeared to be the main shopping street to main tapas bar areas, in other words perfect for our holiday needs. Decent breakfast too. Only downside is the fact you have to pay extra for a spa (pool +jacuzzi etc) which should really come as part of the price of the stay, as should carparking in my view. But as we were enjoying an upgrade it would have been a bit cheeky to complain!

Room Tip: Mountain view

Stayed there for 2 nights, modern and nice rooms. the real major problem are the lifts, especially if there are many people using it. A real pain, we walked from the 8th floor as we got sick of waiting.
Staff not too friendly. Dinner and breakfast are also of low standard. They have no idea on how to cook bacon.
The showers are also too complicated.

Room Tip: Try to get a room looking towards the city

Was a very Clean, large room with modern facilities and generally pleasant...Bathroom was a good size with a double sink; shower a little tricky to get the hang of as it had various nozzles etc, take an extra ten minutes to get the knack of it !! There is very little (if any) atmosphere and the bar menu is lacking a lot ! The hotel does have good staff who speak English well! It's not too far from the old town, about a 10 minute slow walk. It does appear a hotel aimed at businessmen/women (as the name does suggest!) as suppose too family orientated. Overall, it was an enjoyable stay but would probably choose somewhere more authentic if visiting Granada again.

Stayed here one night in mid August for a visit to the Alhambra. I chose the hotel for both parking and easy access to the Alhambra car park.
The hotel was also located a short walk into the old town in Granada. The rooms were good and clean and had all the amenities you would expect. The hotel was also good value but however it lacked any atmosphere and ambience. Both the parking and Spa were extra cost and beware the Spa was closed between 2pm & 5pm.
The hotel did the job but lacked any spark!!!!!

I agree with a previous poster. The hotel is clean, the rooms are nice and very aesthetically pleasing, but there is nothing overly special about it to make it a 5-star.

Pros: Clean, modern-looking, good breakfast buffet.

Cons: Location is a bit out of the way, fitness center, no pool.
