I stayed here for a few days with my wife. The location is good, though a lot of hills.
When we arrived we were told that the TV wasn't working in the room. The owner, Manuel, told us a lot of things we already knew, and was very prescriptive about what he suggested in a paternalistic and somewhat annoying way.
Worse still, whe we arrived, he said that he would park the car as the streets were steep and narrow (they are!) He then kept the car keys in the hotel desk throughout our stay and, without telling us, moved the car. When we were about to leave, we noticed a new large scratch on the mudgard and rear door of the car, clearly made by contact with a stone wall. My memories of Grananda will be permanently spoiled by his refusal to accept any responsibility for this, or even discuss it. When I mentioned it, he lost his temper and ordered us off his property. My advice: stay somewhere else. The owner needs to take some lessons in customer service.More
