Service trumps everything in a hotel. When you combine great staff with a great room, you have a real winner. That was the case for this hotel. It is close to much of old Seville, though finding your way around is done best with Google maps. (Hand maps are tough!). The staff made dinner reservations for us, and this was helpful.

The hotel is in an ideal location- quiet but within walking distance of all the main attractions.
We had a lovely room- more like a small apartment.
The staff in the hotel were very helpful other than the breakfast waitresses who were less friendly.
A great hotel and a beautiful building.

From the moment of our arrival we were incredibly impressed by how welcoming and friendly the staff were. We were provided with a very comprehensive overview of Seville and the key areas to visit. The room was one of the nicest we have stayed in, luxurious with all the amenities, and definitely one of the best showers I have ever had. The hotel is about 15 minutes from the centre of town, but in my opinion that added to the experience, allowed us to explore the city more than we might have. All in all, a great 3 days in Seville with a wonderful oasis to return to each night.

My boyfriend and I spent 2 nights here and loved every minute! The hotel is beautiful and conveniently located about a 10 minute walk from the main tourist attractions. We enjoyed being a bit removed from the busy tourist area and liked exploring a quieter part of the city around the hotel. The hotel itself was lovely - a beautiful courtyard at the center, and a wonderful rooftop terrace with a small plunge pool. There is also a large outdoor courtyard where you can enjoy a cocktail or snack. The hotel also has a gym and spa. Our room was wonderful. Plenty of space with a large comfortable bed. The shower was huge and we had a large private terrace.

The staff was very friendly and extremely helpful in providing recommendations and assisting us in making reservations and purchasing advanced tickets for certain attractions. The hotel also has parking at a reasonable price, which was a nice bonus for us. We loved our visit in Seville and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone!

I loved this hotel- it's an old palace that was brilliantly renovated about six years ago. The building is not huge but has a beautiful courtyard as you enter and a secluded garden at the back which is a great place for evening drinks. It also has a charming roof terrace which is a wonderful place to sit on sunny afternoons. No pool but a (very cold!) plunge pool which would be useful in the height of Summer. We loved the light and airy bedrooms with extremely comfortable beds. And the staff were a delight- nothing was too much trouble. A real treat.

Room tip: The roomers on the second or third floors may be lighter
