These apartments are described as “Nestling at the heart of historic Seville, these stylish and trendy apartments provide guests with a sophisticated and private setting in which to enjoy their vacation in the Andalusian capital.” They're not really stylish or trendy, but perfectly functional & clean.
As with most other properties in Barrio Santa Cruz, there is no access by car, either to Apartamentos Murillo (which shares reception with these flats) or these – so be prepared for a short walk down the narrow lanes, both to check in and then from check in to these apartments.
The apartments are 300-400m from Real Alcazar & the Cathedral (the main tourist attractions in Seville), but probably better for it – quieter and a lot cheaper, and more Spanish.
The apartments are on 3 floors (with a lift), all looking into a cool, shady courtyard. Ours was on the top floor, with all of its windows looking into the courtyard - none onto the street. At the top floor that was fine, but lower floors could be a little claustrophobic. On the other hand, having no windows onto the surrounding street meant that it was really quiet at night. Apartments at the front of the building have windows onto the street.
Nice bars and restaurants nearby, so a good place to stay.More
