Great location smack in the middle of the city - most of the historic sites are within10-15 minutes walking distance - including the avantgarde Parasol congress centre, The hotel has been tastefully refurbished, the rooms are fair-sized, clean and comfortable. Can recommend rooms on the 6th or 7th floor with balcony and panorama view of Seville. Breakfast is ample and good, the restaurant serves a great and creative selection of tapas at reasonable prices, well worth visiting. What makes this hotel stand out, though, is the service. Never seen so many friendly staff in a hotel in Europe, and highly efficient at that. On the downside: WiFi is a bit dodgy and you need to be an electronics boffin to master the room lighting. But would stay there again anytime.

Room Tip: Go for floors 6 and 7 with a panorma view and balcony.

Great hotel and location. Big rooms and outstanding staff and service. Breakfast was also high quality with many choices (bread was unforgettable). The lighting system is cool if you figure it out - otherwise, get ready to sleep with some lights on....Good location as well

This is a clean, modern, hotel located on a fairly quiet side road in the city centre. It’s ideally positioned for the tourist sites Seville has to offer. (e.g. the Bullring, the river and the Cathedral are each about 10 minutes’ walking distance).

We arrived late on a Friday evening and found ourselves upgraded from the standard room we'd booked (confusingly called a Deluxe Room) to a “Supreme Romantic Room” on the 6th floor which had a surprisingly enormous bed – which led not so much to romance but rather a fantastic sleep! The bathroom was spacious and funky with a similarly huge circular bath and shower over it. A word of warning is that the bath in our room had quite a wide wooden surround which meant it wasn’t so easy getting in and out of it – if you have mobility issues you may struggle using either it or the shower. However, that wasn’t a problem for us and we thought it was all great.

Breakfast is mostly self-service although there were plenty of staff serving coffee and clearing tables. The staff we encountered throughout our stay were all very helpful and courteous and we were made to feel very welcome during our stay.

Given its proximity to the bullring, the hotel is used by many matadors. As a result the main TV screens in the bar shows quite a lot of bull-fights – all very spectacular but be aware if you’re uncomfortable with such things.

Finally, it may be useful to know that the taxi fare to/from the train station is around €8 and to the airport up to €30 depending on the time of day of travel (and allowing for a tip). There are plenty of taxis right outside the hotel and the concierge will happily organise one for you.

This was a great hotel and we enjoyed a thoroughly relaxing four nights there

On our tour of South Spain we stayed here for 2 nights. What a great hotel and location. Rooms were big and very clean. Service was good in the restaurant and the food very good. Breakfast was also high quality with many choices. We would have no problem staying here again. The only 2 things were it was hard to find in a car and also the car parking was very expensive.

The private check in with a welcomed glass of champagne sets the tone for your stay. The room doors are literally a work of art. Modern luxury in all the details. The staff made me feel like a princess with just their greeting. We had a room with an amazing view of the cathedral. The bathroom is great, but you probably won't find the very square toilet comfortable. The lighting system is sexy once you figure it out. When your luggage comes up make sure they explain the lighting system to you just to save you a couple hours. The instructions on the nightstand didn't get the hall light off for me. The location is great for a walk through shops and restaurants on the way to the sights, which are about a 20 min walk away.

Staff are very polite and helpful. Rooms are quiet, clean, modern and comfortable. Loved the way room doors are like works of art. However, perhaps an isolated incident, but the internet was dearthly slow. Staying for business purposes, this would really put me off considering staying again!

After a long and tiring journey we finally arrived at this beautiful hotel which is situated right in the middle of the city of Sevilla.
We were attended to immediately and were asked to sit at a table to be booked in. We were offered a glass of champagne but I chose a fruit juice. The whole booking in service was unhurried and welcoming. I felt as though we were the only people in the hotel. Everything was explained to us, we were given a map of the city and told about all the best tourist spots and then our personal butler showed us around the hotel.
We were taken to our room which was tasteful, practical and extremely comfortable. Nothing was too much trouble for any of the staff. They remained wonderful and courteous throughout and I have to say that this hotel obviously prides itself on an excellent culture of service.
The room has a Nespresso machine which I thought was a lovely touch and far classier than a kettle. There was even a menu for the different kinds of pillows available!
As we were 'red level' guests, there was a gorgeous lounge which had a selection of nibbles, drinks, alcohol and newspapers which are all 'on the house'. There was also a huge plasma screen tv on the wall and its a great place to relax and chill in the heat of the day.
If I had to find one thing which I would give a thumbs down to, it would be our bathroom which was beautiful and stylish but the shower was impractical.
There was a rain shower over the bath and access to the controls meant you having to climb into the bath, turn it on, dodge out of the way so you didn't get your hair soaked, wait for the cold water to get warm and fiddle about with the taps until you got what you wanted, by which time I had already drenched my head.
Since I am a woman who doesn't wish to wash my long hair every time I have a shower, I found this whole shower routine unpleasant and unnecessary.
I suggest that if you don't wish to have to dodge a freezing shower, then request a walk in shower without a bath.
I wore a shower cap but it didn't give me much protection.
The other thing about the bathroom was that there was nowhere to hang your wet towel. Sometimes design over practicality doesn't always work.
Having said all of that I will definitely stay in this hotel again. I give it 11/10 overall and highly recommend it!

Room Tip: Ask for a walk in shower if you don't like overhead rain showers over the bath.
