My wife and I were glad we ignored the previous review and dined here last Friday night. The restaurant is modern Spanish cuisine in modern surroundings and only 5 mins in a taxi from the Cathedral area. Seville has many restaurants but few that offer the locally sourced and quality of food that Tribeca offers at what we thought was great value for the quality of food, wine, the restaurant setting and service. This is finer dining than the traditional Spanish restaurants, from the setting, the menu, the quality of food and wine and the nice touch of the chef explaining the extra dishes available and ensuring after your meal that everything was to your satisfaction, something that is now more common in today's modern dining experiences. We live between the UK (Edinburgh) and Spain so dine in a wide range of restaurants between the two countries and this Seville restaurant is a great experience and a great addition to the modern restaurants appearing in the South of Spain. Tribeca offers great modern cuisine and a great chef who prides himself in sourcing local quality ingredients from organic vegetables and meats to fresh fish from Cadiz Bay. The chef was an extremely hospitable host and the food and dining experience exceptional. A fantastic restaurant and great dining experience, you will not be disappointed.
