The hotel is large and resort-like, with a fantastic pool, great buffet breakfast, and helpful staff. But it clearly has seen better days -- e.g., it no longer has a concierge, there are signs here and there of neglect -- but none of those things interfered with our visit. The city center, Plaza de Espana, etc. are an easy city bus ride away, but a hotel-provided shuttle would be a very nice addition.

This was a really lovely hotel and the staff were very helpful, but not too over-attentive. We were very much left to do our own thing, which we prefer. But if you needed something, the staff were only too pleased to help. Only down side is it's slightly out of the centre of Seville but a short taxi ride or bus journey will sort that out. The breakfast buffet is second to none.

We visited this hotel in early June and booked adjoining rooms with terrace. Our rooms were on the ground floor and quite spacious with small sitting area. Although lovely to have a terrace the step up and down onto this would certainly challenge some one with mobility issues or high heels !! Some eighteen inches to two feet of a step.
The hotel grounds were nice with pool which is why we chose to stay further from the centre and,as other posters have said, v easy to get taxi outside for approx 6-7 euros tho we did clarify the price with the taxi drivers after being charged 15 euros for the same trip on our first evening.
The hotel was v busy on the Saturday we arrived not sure it that was due to a football match held that evening, it was quieter over the next 2 days. We used the small pool cafe once or twice but found it extremely expensive for both food and drinks.
Breakfast was in a small glass area looking onto the internal courtyard, I think we had a separate area from the main breakfast restaurant as it seemed very peacefully compared to the bustle of the hotel not sure if this was due to the room type we had booked? Breakfast was nicely presented with a wide choice of fruits pastries, bread cereal yogurts etc and some hot food and lovely fresh orange juice. For the price I think it was excellent value for money though not for those who like a bit of history or character in their hotels.

Room Tip: It was nice to have a balcony for the evening

I liked this hotel but can't say that it had any wow factor -more of a business hotel. Our room was large and comfortable and there is a nice pool area. Personally we found the hotel to be to far out of town and were spending around 10 euros each way in a cab. Seville is a wonderful city. We visited during the Feria De Abril and it was quite a special to see the locals all dressed up in Flamenco dresses.

We stayed here in early June 2014 for a week, we booked this hotel because of cheap price and their swimming pool. The hotel itself is lovely, but it's more of a business hotel with conferences being held daily, so tons of people in the lobby at times, but this wasn't a problem. Rooms were basic and bed was huge which was great. We found the hidden costs ridiculous, like paying 3 euros a day for room safe, there is no need for this charge, there is no iron in your room but there is an ironing service which you also pay for. .There is no coffee/tea making facilities in room. To eat and drink here is very expensive. Two little glasses of Fanta lemon and a bag of potato chips by the pool cost us 8 euros.. Some waiting staff have very little English which is frustrating because you know your food order was going to be wrong... The pool was nice but once you enter it's deep so apart from standing at the steps there is nowhere else in the pool to stand this is crazy and dangerous. Buses are to your left and first right and are 1.40 each way pp and the 34 takes you just to the centre you will have a ten minute walk from bus stop to cathedral, the number 3 bus takes you down by the riverside, this way of travel is very handy. There is a burger king just five min walk from hotel, if you turn right out from hotel and next right and keep walking, but watch out there are bike lanes on all footpaths which can be dangerous. There is very little to no entertainment at this hotel at night time, so you will probably spend a lot of time in the city. So if ya don't mind hopping in and out to the city and just want somewhere to lay your head down and cool off by the pool which says it doesn't open till 11 but people start going there at 9 in the morning. watch out for Sundays by the pool I think lots of locals come by for the day just to hang at the pool so it's mayhem. Also cleaning of the pool while people are there and expecting them to get out is not right. This review sounds so negative however we did enjoy our stay there and was very grateful for their pool as temperatures rose to 41 degrees. If we were going for a weekend trip to Seville we would probably chose a hotel in the city.

A great choice. The room was to 4 star standard, the facility's are great, breakfast superb, friendly staff. It is about 3.5 km from the city center, with nearby bus and taxi rank. Only minus, the bar is a little expensive, and would like to see a fly zapper in the breakfast area,

I've stayed in this hotel many times over the years due to the excellent price and 'off city centre' location. It's certainly not central, but a lovely walk of around 40 minutes takes one straight into town or a taxi for around 8 euros. So for 16 euros each way it works out much cheaper than a city hotel. I took 3 nights over the bank holiday for around £55 per night which is excellent value. The hotel itself is decent, plenty of taxis outside and some really nice local tapas restaurants, plus a really nice pool which gets the sun until fairly late.

I've always weighed up this hotel versus a more expensive better located one, but this wins every time, and I'll keep coming back here and save my money for the wonderful restaurants all over the city.

One final thing, the breakfast is really excellent.
