Rude unhelpful staff. We picked this hotel because we were going out on the lash and wanted a central location. After throwing shapes and giving the British a bad name we proceeded to return to the hotel, at 6am. We needed pizza. It was the only choice. But the receptionist not only told us he wouldn't order us pizza but we had to go to sleep quietly. All I can say is it's lucky oscar pistourious wasn't around otherwise a gun may have accidentally gone off

We hadn't booked this hotel in advance, it just happened to be the first hotel we found when we left the Prado de San Sebastian. A double room cost €55 and this didn't include breakfast. The room was big and clean and there was a nice view of the city. The bathroom was very small but it had a shower and a bath and basic toiletries.

The hotel is located close to the Cathedral and other tourist attractions. There are many bars and restaurants nearby and it is a short walk from the San Sebastian bus station.

We didn't eat at the hotel so I can't comment on the food or service.

The hotel receptionist was very friendly and helpful.

I would definitely stay in this hotel again.

Room Tip: The front rooms have a nice view of the city.

we booked this hotel based on review here and in Hotels.com, the room we received was just like a boarding house room and not as a 3* hotel, shower was very!!!! tiny,
the location and the front desk service is the only positive thing in this hotel

We booked for the car park .This was not at the hotel was hard to find and very difficult to get in or out of. Staff surly, room noisy breakfast terrible. The location is convenient for the cathedral, but the bath was the smallest I have ever seen.

Room Tip: Do not stay here

The hotel is easy to access, in relatively good location. The room I had was extremely small with no real view from the window and some smell inside. Free wireless internet and basic breakfast. Price was not expensive.

Our room, 403 was the biggest room we have had in our month long trip through Spain. Very nice & helpful desk staff. Great view and very quiet. Walking distance from Santa Cruz and all the sights. Very convenient garage parking. Breakfast okay, mostly bread and some sliced meat and cheese.

Clean, comfortable and quiet. Better than most hotels we have stayed in.

We would recommend.

If you want something inexpensive and about a 10 min. walk from Bairro de Santa Cruz than this is it. In the opposite direction, about a 15 min. walk to the Torre de Ouro and the Paseo de Cristóbal Colón, where you will also find the theatre and bull ring. For Starbucks and MacDonald's lovers this is also along the way.

Basic, but clean with friendly and helpful staff. Small bathroom with hairdryer and shampoo/shower gel.

Please do not have breakfast, although inexpensive it is very, very limited.
Although wifi is included some rooms have a very weak signal. My daughter had to walk in the hallway in order to pick up the signal before getting into our room.

Supermarkets, cafes, pharmacy and ATM machine close by. I would go back and in my opinion you can't go wrong if you're not expecting luxury.

Room Tip: Ask for a room with a good wifi signal.
