We stayed four nights in the Eurostars Regina in December 2011 and have a rather mixed impression of it. Following on from three nights in the Eurostars Patios de Córdoba, which was fantastic in every way, we may have expected too much. The renovation is beautiful, but we found our room very small, a single room really, and fairly noisy, and the staff were professionally friendly enough but not warmly so. The breakfast was ample and okay, but not remarkable. The location is in part of the old town a block from the Guadalquivir river, but not really central to the best sights, like the Duomo and the Alcázar, though they're all walkable, and it's only perhaps a 15 minutes' walk from the Museo de Bellas Artes and from the great Metropol Parasol in the Encarnación square. We'd give it a good recommendation for service, value, and location, but not really an enthusiastic one. Perhaps we were spoilt by the Eurostars in Córdoba.

I stayed at this hotel with my husband for 3 nights in December 2011. We just couldn't imagine a better value for money hotel with so much personality and charm. Firstly, it is located in a very quiet street in the centre of Seville. It is away from the main sights, but very accessible with the excellent, cheap network of public transport. It is very close to a good range of restaurants, making it very easy to go out for dinner or lunch or grab a quick, inexpensive bite.
The room itself was a bit small, but very adequate for our needs; based on some reviews on this site, we emailed the hotel after booking to request a room overlooking the patio, as these were said to be quieter and boasting better views; this was granted without any problems and turned out to be a very good idea, so definitely worth trying. The bathroom was quite spacious and very clean, as was the rest of the hotel. The room and bathroom were cleaned everyday. Might sound obvious to some of you, but apparently it is not always the case so I thought i'd mention it.
The breakfast, a mixture of hot and cold items, was very good, served in a spacious room in a beautiful patio, very typical of Seville. As for the staff, they were very helpful and friendly; check in and check out were very smooth. When we arrived, they were very good at recommending places to eat, etc... and were only too happy to answer any questions that we had. All in all excellent value for money, i would definitely stay again.

Room Tip: Email the hotel after booking to request a room overlooking the patio: these rooms are very quiet an...

This hotel is Clean and pleasant with friendly helpful staff, it is situated on a quiet but well used back street and is a good 20 to 25 mins. flat walk from the city centre. There are a few places to eat within 10 mins of the hotel but the main choice is in the centre. We were given a lovey quiet and spacious room on the ground floor witch overlooked the pretty courtyard with the tiled fountain. The only thing about the room is the beds were really hard but this seems to be the trend in Europe. We only had the breakfast buffet once and there was a good selection but as my friend only eats toast for breakfast we did not thing it was worth the 8 euros, we walked to the nearest mall and used a place called Pans and had coffee and toast for 1.95 euro, there is also one of these in the centre.

Room Tip: The city sightseeing bus tour is well worth the 16 euro, with personal earphones translating in many...

A very enjoyable stay. Hotel is lovely. Very helpful and friendly staff. GPS was very helpful in finding the hotel. Was able to easily find parking on the street on the next block. Very good location.

Could hear noises from adjacent rooms.

Highly recommended and would definitely stay again.

We stayed there for two nights. The room was very comfortable and the bathroom spacious. The hotel needs some painting though but the decor was pretty. The sink water tasted awfull, like something chemical. I had to rinse my mouth with bottle water afterwards to get rid of the taste.

We got a room by the elevator and it was quite noisy.
The staff answered our questions and responded promptly to our requests but not more than that. There wasn't anything remarkable about their service.

Location: 30 mins walk to the main attractions (Cathedral, Alcazar and the Barrio Santa Cruz). There are pharmacy and grocery stores 3 mins away. As an alternative to walking (when, at the end of the day, you're exausted) you can take a bus ~2 blocks away: bus C4 at Av. Torneo and get off at Torre del Oro and you'll be 2 blocks from the Cathedral. This C buses are circular, meaning that they only go one direction. To go back you can take the C3, I believe, that goes thru Triana. Get off at Torneo and Guadalquivir. (More on city buses (transporte urbano) at Tussam.es and good luck with it!) You can also take a taxi but it'll cost 15 euros to the Cathedral and will take about 20-30 mins anyway.

Pay attention to the street signs. Some streets names had been changed names and the newer maps may not reflect that. The hotel street, for example, is San Vicente but appears as Vicente Miguel in some maps.

Room Tip: Inquire about noise level of the room before taking it. Also, the double room with one bed seems to...

Great that it has secure parking....had a decent sized room, No 103 and should have been quiet as it overlooked an inner courtyard but it was very noisy due to what seems like very poor insulation. We could hear all the plumbing noises and voices from nearby rooms . Was a bit of a walk to old town centre but still do-able, even in heels on New Years Eve!! Good value on Late Rooms deal though we ate out. Probably wouldn't stay here again.
