After a great stay in Madrid this was a frustrating stay. Our check in was delayed at least 2 hours past the time we were told. When we got to our room the air conditioning was broken. Unfortunately it was 103°F. We called for help and were told to wait and the air would "kick in". This despite the fact that it was blowing out hot air. After 3 hours they finally agreed to give us a new room. There were 3 of us, so our new room had a bed and a pull out. The room was FILTHY and the pull out was broken so the legs wouldn't reach the floor. We asked for a refund and were told no. Thankfully we booked through booking.com and they took good care of us. As we checked out the desk staff hurled insults at us in Spanish. Completely unacceptable.

Very good location, between the Alameda and the historical center. The cathedral is barely a 15 min walk from here. Very good restaurants and tapas bars nearby. Parking may be difficult, as there's no possibility of reserving a place in the very small garage.

We stayed here for two nights. Hotel staff are polite and nice. We had an issue with the room, and told them about it. Since we had to leave early in the morning to Granada, they took care of moving our luggage to another better room. Since we were leaving early in the morning, they even made a picnic basket for us to take. That is really nice customer service. They are located in an interior part of the Cervantes road, but you are still able to walk to many places including nearby restaurants and shopping centers. The breakfast was also very nice, and you could get made-to-order eggs.

Hotel not well located and easy to find. In narrow streets in the interior and lonely. Did not get the room requested. What was shown on the net did not coincide with what was available at the hotel. No room had a great view of the beautiful courtyard shown. Concierge not very helpful and knowledgeable. To use the lobby computer one had to stand and work. There was no chair. Breakfast Ok. Hotel lobby and rooms need refurbishment. Confirmation on mail stated coffee/tea maker in room . Not so when we asked said one had to come down to the cafetaria for the same. All in all would not recommend this hotel and would definitely not stay there again

Very nice hotel in a nice and quiet area close to all the attractions. Except don't stay on the ground floor rooms facing the courtyard as windows face that side too (so no sunlight unless you want everyone having a look into your room).

This hotel was great. It was a good, clean product and just a short walk to everything in the city center, right in the heart of the old town. It was smaller and not too fancy but just exactly what we were looking for. Something clean and comfortable but we weren't expecting to stay in the room all day.

We were 4 adults and 1 child travelling from Mijas to Seville by car. We had no hotel booked so looked up the net on the way in the car and booked this hotel as it offered parking for a car at 16 Euro per day
We booked 2 rooms without breakfast. Hotel was easy to find with Google maps.
We checked in and found rooms were ok but 1 thing not there was a WATER KETTLE to make tea coffe in room. This was shocking as they claim its a 4 star. Any 4 star hotel must have this - NO EXCUSES. One can say they had a free coffee at reception area but thats just not good enough. You need this in your rooms.
Second the bathrooms were not clean. There was hair here and there from previous guests.

The courtyard of the hotel is really beautiful with an orange tree. The property itself is really nice. Overall reception is also very helpful and nice.

Another thing I found really not professional is when we checked in it was around 6 PM so logically when we parked our car in the hotel garage for that day and night it should be valid until we check out for 24 hour basis. But we checked out at 2 PM (our late check out was also rejected) without our car and came back to pick up the car at 5 PM , then again we were asked to pay car park charge of 16 EURO. This was not correct.
