Just got back from a few days in Sevilla.We stayed at La Rabida and found everything to be perfect for our needs.
The reception staff were warm and welcoming,our car was parked and returned within minutes and excellent recommendations were made for restaurants etc
The hotel is very well situated for access to the main attractions and breakfast was excellent with a wide and varied choice.
All in all an excellent stay and a memorable visit

Lovely hotel in the heart of the city. 3 min's from the Bullring and the river. The only thing stopping me giving this hotel 5 stars was the breakfast not being extensive enough for a 5* and some of the staff attending the tables being a bit miserable. Putting that aside though it was a very enjoyable 2 night stay and very good value.

Thank you very much for choosing us and for sending us your feedback. We are pleased to know that you liked the hotel, overall its location and cleanliness. Our guest´s satisfaction is our reason to be and what we work for day after day in Vincci Hotels.
We regret, though, that some aspects of your stay were not entirely to your liking. We can assure you that we will bear close in mind your opinions in order to improve the service that we offer our guests in the future.
However, we would like to clarify that the category of our hotel is four stars, and not five. Likewise, we would like to mention that at all times we try to provide for our guests a varied and quality breakfast that includes more than 60 products to choose from, among them, milk, coffee, tea and infusions, cold meats, eggs, pastries and cereals. We are sorry that in spite of this it was not to your complete liking.
We regret, lastly, that you felt that our service was not entirely adequate. All of our team are known for providing impeccable service and for at all times taking care of guest´s requests in order to provide them with a perfect stay, so we apologize if you considered that in your case it was not entirely like this.
We are at your disposal for whatever you may need.

This was a last minute decision to go to Seville as we were in Spain and could drive it in about 3 hours.
I called a number of hotels and the Vincci La Rabida had a room available albeit with 2 beds rather than a king. The lady who took the booking from me told me they were double beds but in fact they were 2 singles pushed together and made up as separate beds. The room was small, adequately furnished and clean. We had a window overlooking the inside courtyard. The bathroom was okay, nothing special, and the shower was an attachment on the taps. Not great but this was a last minute booking and we got a discount because of that so I didn't expect too much. Had I booked well in advance and paid the full rate I would probably have asked for a different room.
The hotel itself is in a great location within walking distance of shops and restaurants.Reception staff aren't over friendly even though I speak a little Spanish. When we asked for a restaurant recommendation we were just told to walk to a certain area and there were plenty of restaurants in that area we could eat at.
Breakfast is an absolute non event in a deathly quiet room. There is the usual buffet with meats, cheese, fruits and pastries but you have to make your own coffee at the coffee machine. Staff unfriendly.
We ate tapas in the courtyard and the food was very nice and the girl serving us was lovely.
One of the best things about this hotel is the parking. When you pull up outside in the narrow street someone takes your car away. It cost16.50 Euros per day but takes all the hassle out of trying to park yourself.
Overall because of the location and the parking we would probably stay here again if we came to Seville but I would want a better room with a decent shower

We are pleased to know that you liked the room, the bath, the hotel´s location and the parking, among other aspects. Our guest´s satisfaction is our reason to be and what we work for every day in Vincci Hotels.
We regret, though, that we did not meet all your expectations. We would like to inform you that we will bear close in mind your feedback: it will help us improve the service we offer our guests in the future.
We are sorry, first off, that we could not offer you a double bed. All of our Junior Suites have this kind of bed, but for the rest of the rooms requests are subject to availability. In any case, those guests who would like a double bed can request one when booking and, if availability at the time of their arrival allows, we will assign them one without problem. We are sorry that in your case it was not possible to do this.
Further, we would like to clarify that the size of all of our rooms meets the regulations established by the relevant authorities for four star hotels. In the case of standard rooms, the size is 22-23 square meters. We are sorry that you found it small.
We would also like to inform you that all of our rooms and facilities are rigorously reviewed, so we apologize if during your stay there was a temporary problem with the process that caused the problems you describe with the shower and we will take additional measures so it does not occur again. In any case, despite the fact that our facilities are under ongoing revision, any guest who detects a problem with any of our facilities can notify reception and our staff will try to take care of it as soon as possible, trying at all times to make the guest´s stay pleasant and enjoyable.
We are also sorry if you considered that the treatment you received from our staff was not adequate. All of our team are known for providing impeccable service and taking care at all times of guest´s requests in order to provide them with a perfect stay, so we apologize if you considered that in your case it was not entirely like this and if you considered that our recommendations with regards to restaurants were insufficient.
Lastly we would like to note that in our breakfast buffet guests can prepare their coffee to their taste in our espresso coffee maker. We regret that this was not to your liking and we will take good note of your opinions in order to continue improving and adapting to the tastes and preferences of our guests.
We hope to welcome you again to our establishment.

Just had a one night stay in Seville, lovely traditional hotel in a great location. Had a room with a balcony overlooking the inner courtyard,lovely traditional (again) room with a great modern bathroom.. huge bath all toiletries provided and hot hot water!!

Whilst planning our trip to Seville, we looked at numerous hotels and finally settled on Vincci La Rabida. It turned out to be a very good decision as it's location is ideal for exploring all the sights. The hotel is very well kept, clean and quiet. The staff are courteous and spoke (or at least understood) English. The room was clean and adequately spacious as was the bathroom. Having mentioned in our booking form that we were travelling to Seville to celebrate our wedding anniversary, we were surprised with a complimentary tray of fruit and chocolates. A small gesture, but much appreciated. We have already recommended the hotel to family and friends.

Room Tip: Ask for a room overlooking the patio, preferably on the fourth floor.

My friends and I stayed here this past April and it was great hotel. Not a bad location, close to the city center. The rooms were nice and quiet and the beds were great. The rooms were a little small, but it didn't really matter too much because we were out during the majority of the day anyway. The bathroom was really nice as well. The staff was a little rusty on their English, but we could get by. They were super sweet and very accomodating.

Overall it was a great hotel, definitely stay here.

This hotel is located close to the cathedral and many other sights, restaurants, shops etc are within walking distance. The room was comfortable but the bathroom was a little dated and in need of refurbishment, the air conditioning we also found to be inadequate and this was at a time when the temperature outside was not too hot, so would imagine the rooms would be very hot at the height of the summer. The breakfast was plentiful although service in clearing tables etc could be slow. Service from the reception staff was friendly and efficient.
We did not have to pay for wifi, a code was provided free of charge.

We will pass along your praise to the entire hotel staff. Our guest´s satisfaction is surely our reason to be and what we work for day after day in Vincci Hotels.
We regret, though, that we did not completely meet your expectations and that you were not entirely pleased with some details of your stay. We will bear close in mind your opinions and suggestions with the goal of improving our service.
Regarding our climate control system, we would like to clarify that the hotel presets different air conditioning and heating settings depending on the exterior air temperature and the preferences of the majority of our guests. Within these two climate settings, guests can individually adjust their room´s temperature using a thermostat. In any case, those guests who are not happy with their room´s temperature or find difficulties adjusting it can notify reception and our staff will assist them.
We are sorry as well if perhaps you had to wait to get a table for the breakfast buffet. All of our team are known for providing a rapid and impeccable service and in the case of the breakfast area not having enough space due to an influx of traffic, the tapas bar will be opened to avoid crowding and delays.
We work to satisfy our guests and their opinions are always our best reference for doing so.
We are at your disposal for whatever you may need.
