“Lovely location and beautifully maintained house.”

Lovely place in Seville, really well located on the edge of the Santa Cruz district (make sure you have a good map as the streets are difficult to negotiate without one). Property is beautifully maintained and very well equipped. Met by one of the owners, Mark, who was waiting for us on the street corner (the house is located on a traffic free laneway) to help unload luggage and settle us in. Mark and his wife Toni were great to deal with when we booked and Mark was incredibly helpful and full of suggestions for places to eat, drink etc marking his suggestions on a city map. We found these to be brilliant as we worked our way through many on the list. Also showed us where to park near the railway station which is a 5 - 10 min easy walk away and costs about 1Euro a day for the "parking attendant" who will materialize from nowhere to help park your car and look after it. Parked safely on and off for a week (we used our car for day trips to Jerez, Cadiz and Ronda) and returned each time to find a park there with no trouble at all. Can't praise this house highly enough...the only minor issue is that there are stairs to the bedrooms and terrace on the upper levels so may not suit anyone with physical disabilities. The top floor terrace is wonderful for an evening drink or outdoor dining. Loved every minute of our stay here in this beautiful city.

“Fantastic peaceful retreat in the old town centre”

Three of us rented Casa Sevillana for a week in September for a girlie holiday and what a wonderful find this house was. We were met by Mark who told us all the sights to see and recommended us places to eat and couldn't have had more time for us. The house was really well equipped with everything we needed as well as loo rolls, washing powder, washing up liquid and all that kind of stuff so we didn't need to go shopping. The shops are all really close by and we found local markets for buying fresh fruit and veg for breakfast and lunches and we ate out every evening. Toni. Mark's Spanish wife phoned us one day and invited us (we were three girls) to join her and a group of her friends on a trip to Triana where they were going to a tapas bar for lunch and that was great fun. We felt really touched that she had bothered to invite us along and were really pleased to have gone. We also went to the Maestranza theatre to a flamenco show which was really worth it. A lovely holiday and if we ever go back we would definitely rent the same place again and would highly recommend it and the owners. Thank you Toni and Mark!

“A lovely, comfortable home base for exploring Seville”

My family had a lovely stay here over New Year's. A great location on a quiet street for exploring Seville, only a 20 minute walk to the train station and easy access to city center. Nearby shops provided everything we needed for a memorable New Year's Eve dinner. The house itself is very comfortable and the photos on Trip Advisor don't do justice to how nice it actually is - very clean and newly renovated but with classic details. The kitchen is well equipped - we really appreciated having a few basics available for our use - salt, oil, tea, etc.. Mark was very helpful in getting us settled in and we were grateful for his advice and recommendations. One suggestion: while we were able to put down the initial deposit via credit card, the large balance was required in cash, which was not convenient.

“Gorgeous Spanish House, Authentic Seville”

We stayed here in October and had an amazing time. If you want to spend your time in Seville and feel like your staying in an authentic Spanish Sevilla house, then stay here. Its perfect. Its very close to the Jewish Quarter - Barrio Santa Cruz and everything within the old town of Seville is within easy walking distance.. bars restaurants, tourist attractions, its all here. Seville itself is stunning, and its not expensive. The tapas are delicious and there are plenty of bars offering tapas within seconds of this location.

When I go back to Seville I will definitely consider staying here again, it has everything you need to enjoy your stay and be self sufficient, it is indeed a home from home. The owners Toni & Mark are extremely accommodating and meet you on arrival to explain the city and where points of interest are, even recommending good restaurants and bars. There was even a bottle of delicious wine waiting to welcome us.

I can't recommend this place enough, Please check out my pictures and see for yourself how lovely it is. Although the property has been renovated and updated It still has many of the original preserved features, gorgeous tiled walls, marble floors, wooden beams, tiny windows with shutters and the cherry on the top is the roof terrace, perfect for relaxing or chilling with a drink and some tapas after a days sightseeing round breathtaking Seville.

PS Bonus.. this property is within 5 minutes walk to the Levvies bar where you can see authentic flamenco dancing most nights. Its a fantastic venue with great food, outdoor terrace and art over all the walls. Highly recommend you check this out.

note: I have place photos on the other property listed by same owners. It is actually the same property.

“Perfect place for exploring Seville”

Stayed here for a week while on a little solo travel adventure and would absolutely rent it again if returning to Seville with my husband or friends.

The house is on quiet, dead-end street and has an ideal location if you want to explore the old city. Only a 10 min walk from the train station (I walked it with luggage in my way out of town) or a quick taxi ride...and 10-15 min of walking through the charming cobbled streets will get you to most of the "big" sights and a lot of great restaurants.

The property is clean, bright and very comfortable. The large rooftop patio is fantastic for enjoying morning coffee or evening glass of wine.

Toni and Mark made it an smooth and easy transaction. That they both speak English was a bonus for this non-Spanish speaker. Mark was at the house when I got there and spent time marking out restaurants on the map and suggesting activities and day trips. They had coffee and tea for my first morning, so I could have a leisurely morning after a 30 hours of traveling.

Traveling alone, I probably ate out less than I would have normally on vacation - several markets nearby and the kitchen had everything I needed.

Great city, great property!

Liked best: Having the windows open and hearing the sounds of daily life in the little street: mourning doves, church bells, dogs, phones, dishes clinking, etc. Not TOO loud, just cozy and interesting.
