We have just returned from 3 days in this wonderful city, and pleased we chose to stay at Casa Numero 7. It is a very smart and elegant B&B, a family home unobtrusive from the street. Beautiful drawing room with old family portraits and framed photos, Bedroom and bathroom beautifully furnished in understated antique style. Very comfortable bed and quiet room. The owner was charming and knowledgeable, and could not have been more helpful. Breakfasts were not the grand display of choices found in big hotels but actually everything we wanted: fresh juice, cereal, tea, coffee, cooked eggs and bacon, served with courtesy.
Friends recommended it to us, and we have recommended it to our friends.

Absolutely charming boutique hotel, well located and wonderful tranquil base for our 3 day trip to Seville. Very relaxed and hospitable atmosphere combined with comfort and elegance. Highly recommended.

Room Tip: We had the yellow suite which was perfect

We picked Casa Numero 7 from TripAdviser reviews - and were so glad we did! It is a charming 7 room hotel, that was probably someone's house centuries ago, in the heart of the Jewish Quarter. The staff could not have been more accommodating, getting us tickets to a great Flamenco show, helping us figure out how & whether to go to Italica - Roman ruins in Santa Ponce (absolutely worth it!) and finding us a reasonable private cab to take us there, etc. If the weather is good, I'd absolutely recommend staying in room 2 - on the rooftop terrace. It's lovely to sit outside & overlook the city from that vantage point. The room was delightful - not overly large, but wonderful. The breakfast is included and is cooked for you when you get to the dining room - quite lovely. The whole hotel is a delightful refuge to come back to after a day of touring.

Room Tip: The top room (2?) w/an accompanying terrace - if the weather is good. You do have to go across the r...

Our bedroom was huge, with a large bed, beautiful furniture, large bathroom (two sinks, bath, large separate shower) and a dressing room (plenty of shelf space, drawers and hanging rails). From what we could see - and from talking to other guests - all the rooms are similarly well appointed. It was just a short walk from the hotel to any of the city's main attractions, which meant it was perfect for our first stay in Seville. Free wifi and breakfast were included. I would recommend this hotel to anyone.

Room Tip: We had the yellow room, but all others looked good too.

Casa no. 7 is a tranquil haven in a great location in Seville's old town.
It has been tastefully decorated and is calm place to return to after a day pounding the busy streets.

On arrival we were greeted by the 'butler' a young man with very limited English and a big smile who was very helpful and offered to park our car for us at the car park after we had dropped our bags. As I am 6 months pregnant this was particularly helpful and a good start.

Our room on the ground floor was well presented, fairly small but with a large bathroom. We enjoyed our stay here but there are a few things I feel we should mention.

- Breakfast was disappointing. Having read reviews I was expecting something special. The scrambled eggs and bacon were nice but if you didn't go for this option your choices were very limited. One jar of museli, a few plain yogurts and some triangles of processed cheese. On the second day there were some slices of pineapple too. A bread basket with a small croissant per person and a slice of poor quality toast was also offered. The orange juice was delicious however.

- Ironing. We requested to borrow an iron on both evenings and the maid was insistent that she took the items for us. We were fully prepared to tip her for this service but were surprised to get a bill for €16 (two shirts, one pair of trousers) on checkout. Although we appreciate that this is a paid for service in the majority of good hotels, you are normally given the option to borrow an iron or at the very least are aware of the cost attributed to the service before you use it.

Honesty bar: We appreciated coming back to the drawing room for a drink and to do some research before heading out o dinner. The honesty bar is a nice idea but again, costs are not transparent. We were astounded that the cost of a gin and tonic was €9 each! Again we weren't aware of this until check out. If there was a price list, it wasn't obvious and there are any 5* hotels that wouldn't charge this.

Wifi: the wifi signal throughout the building is fairly weak. We could hardly get any in our room and could get '2 of 3' bars in the drawing room.

Overall, this is a nice place to stay but it could do with being more transparent about the cost of ancillary services and offer more choice at breakfast. An option for down or feather pillows wouldn't go amiss either,

We spent three nights at Casa numero 7 and loved every aspect of it - clean, large comfortable room, helpful and friendly staff, lovely breakfast and good location. Would happily return and recommend to others.

This is not a Hotel, but a unique and fantastic B&B. There are only 7 rooms and all are furnished with antiques in a very classical style. The rooms and bathrooms are spacious und very very clean. The A/C worked well, which is important with a Temperatur of 113°. We had spanish breakfast in a separated breakfast room. All items were served with white gloves. Napkins, sets etc. were or embroidered or engraved with "casa no 7".
This B&B is very exspensive but very special. We would come back. We did not give five stars, because parking your car ist a nightmare (it took nearly 45 min...) and during our stay there was nobody who could speak English.
However, excellent place to stay.
