We prolongated our stay in Seville and had to find a hotel as the one we were staying in was booked for the weekend.
I was very happy to find the Pension Fabiola as it was tucked away from the street, had a lovely Andalousian style patio and the owners seems quite relax. We stay in this house for two nights. The door of our bedroom (which was quite small but had a very comfortable double bed and a small bathroom) had a very thin door overlooking the patio and as we were on the ground floor, our window overlooking a small lane, had barres which we couldn't open. I would advise to go there on the weekend as it is in a great location but be aware that this small lane is next to a school and Spanish kids start school quite early.. Such a pity I couldn't speak Spanish as I could hear quite clearly the teacher speaking to the kids... and the bell between each classes. Otherwise, we didn't have any trouble coming back late but you do feel aware that some persons are waiting for you to come back home for been able to go to bed and after a certain time, it does feel wrong to make them wait any longer.
The room costed us 45 euros for the night. Again, nice place, good location, great bed and a funny experience.More
