This hotel is probably the best location in the city.
We spent 2 nights here. Was noisy on the ground floor as literally in reception. Woken by building work one morning and then by water in the pipes the next morning.
Lovely roof too terrace
Would stay again but not ground floor had no choice this time as only triple rooms on this floor

This is not a luxury or a boutique hotel as the pictures suggest. Its a nice hotel, with comfortable rooms and an awesome location.

Seville is a wonderful city with lots of things to do and its important that you are at a central location to make use of your time. This hotel is literally two minutes from the Alcazar Palace and the cathedral and most of the tourist attractions can be reached by walking from the hotel. Lots of restaurants and bars in the vicinity. We reached the place at midnight but we could still find a couple of tapas bars and an icecream parlor that were open at a stone throw . We were traveling with 2 small kids and it was so convenient for us to come back to the hotel for a short break or to leave behind our shopping/picking up jackets in between our tourist hopping.

The breakfast is slow and overpriced and you are better off walking for a few minutes and eating at one of the restaurants.

Room Tip: Ground floor is a bit noisy.

I stayed at this hotel in January this year, 2014. On my first night, it was raining and rather cold for a Seville weather, the air conditioning was OK to keep the room temp however I needed extra warmth so I checked the fleece blanket provided- it was too smelly to use and so I could NOT use it. I asked for it to be changed but it was not and I thought I'd let the air conditioning on all night, which was not a very eco option... The water was hot at all times which helped to have a warm shower before bedtime...

The view from my room was marvellous, the bitter orange trees and the lighting are great, probably the best thing about this hotel. The hotel is witihin walking distance from all main attractions, Alcazar, Cathedral, in the heart of Santa Cruz. I do regret however having stayed there since the cleanliness of the hotel was below par and I have been to cheaper hotels with better conditions . I am sensitive and my body tells me when there's dust, I had to take anti-histamines before I went to bed on both nights, there was something about the sheets. I know for sure, it was nothing but dust, some things were wiped clean, however, others weren't, for example the saftey box had an inch of dust.... I lived in Seville in 2007 , and I know wha'ts it like...and only wanted to wander about old memory lane, this hotel helped location wise, but I still think it was not the best option I could have had for the amount of money paid. It is definitely over-rated for a four star hotel and the aminities were only provided upon request, no slippers, mini soaps, nada...

Room Tip: The first or second floor.

A nice and quiet room in an excellent location. The roof terrace, with its view of the Giralda, which was nearby, was a wonderful place to sit and drink and look out on Seville. The staff were helpful.

We spent three nights at this hotel and it was lovely. Position wise, it is literally on the door step of the Alcazar and Seville Cathedral in a lovely small plaza, right in the old part of Seville. Small streets and many restaurants are all around and just a couple of minutes walk to the trams and river and a short walk to Plaza Espanola.
The room itself was modern and well decorated, be it the room itself quite small but probably in line with the older building and area. Bathroom was great
The roof top terrace with fantastic views of the Giralda Bell tower was a highlight with breakfast and evening meals and drinks in such a peaceful and picture perfect place.
Highly recommend for the position roof top terrace

Room Tip: Maybe ask for an outside window room which may be bigger?

The hotel is on one of the best locations in Sevilla. Its in a nice neighberhood, with a lot of attractions nearby. The hotel is 4 stars but its more like a luxurieus hostel. With beds from IKEA and a good bathroom. The rooms are very noisy, bring earplugs.
