we stay at this ibis in Seville because of its free parking. it is very hard in Spain to find hotels with free parking and since it was just on night in town way pay more. we have stay at ibis hotels in Germany France Portugal so why not in Spain. as far as I am concern they have the best pillows and matters. alway clean an friendly staff.

Room Tip: rooms facing the parking

The hotel is located on the city edge near the river. The room is comfortable and the breakfast is good. The staff was helpful and friendly. There is parking near the hotel in the Ibis Carpark. The price is very reasonable.

The hotel was about 5k outside the city, but was easy to find, it being just off the main road. The area is a little industrial, but that didn't detract from the stay. The staff were very helpful and informative, the room was very clean, and all the facility's worked!! There is a bus stop a few metres down the street, the bus runs every fifteen minutes to the town centre, which is better than trying to find a car park. Overall a very good experience, and would recommend this hotel anytime. Thanks Ibis

We stayed for two nights during holy week , staff were most helpful, free parking was nice as driving in Spain is interesting to say the least. The room was small but functional, shower was spacious but opened into bedroom meaning no privacy. There was not a full door on the WC either meaning odors could spread.
Rooms are insulated from motorway, but thin internally, we asked to be moved as the couple next door were rather noisy/inappropriate for our baby and massimillano was helpful to sort out.
Bus ride is only 1.40 and 15 mins, location convenient for mway if driving a car.
My biggest issue was no kettle being in the hotel, but I don't think the concept of sterilizing exists in Spain, just mineral water in microwave which is what most places provided.
Overall not bad for price, but would pay extra for ibis next door.

I stayed in this hotel during the Semana Santa so needless to say the rooms in Seville were hard to find at a decent price. Ibis budget offered a great value for my stay despite being a little further from downtown than what I wanted, but it was easy to find and very well indicated from the main road.
The hotel is brand new as it has opened I believe only a month ago. They were offering a free underground parking right next to the hotel which was great (I'm not sure if it'll remain free or if it's just a promotion for the opening) although it seemed like it was possible to park on the nearby streets for free as well keeping in mind that it's an industrial zone so during the week there may be a lot of cars parked at some hours of the day. There are Lidl, Dia and Mercadona supermarkets within easy walking distance and a bus station about 2-3 minutes walk from the hotel with the 28 bus taking you directly to the heart of downtown Seville (with a stop next to the Santa Justa train station) so despite being a little far from downtown, it's still very convenient by bus (15-20minutes). There are a couple of restaurants on Aviacion street, and the second one from the hotel offers a great array of tapas and meals for great prices (menu del dia for 7euros)
The staff at the hotel was very nice and helpful. Massimiliano greeted us on the first day and always tried to help during our 3 night stay and then there was Deneb who was an absolute gem as she took the time to give us plenty of extremely helpful information on how to make the best of the Semana Santa in Seville, which isn't easy when it's your first trip to the city and yet she made sure we felt like we knew exactly what we were doing thanks to her great advice. A big thanks to her, we're sure we wouldn't have seen half of what we did without her.
The rooms are, very basic and every space has been calculated to the millimeter, but it's functional and comfortable. The room was obviously brand new and very clean and you had to maneuver a little around the bed and the corners but it worked. There were a few little details I didn't like such as the window shades which leave few options, the shower is large and cool (with colorful lights ;-) ) but the hole to open the shower door lets water out so it's not very practical, so they should at least provide a towel mat for when you step out of the shower, that way most of the water will also fall on it. Also space-wise, we only had 1 suitcase so we were able to put it in a corner behind the bed but anybody travelling with more than 1 suitcase will certainly have to struggle to put them somewhere as the space is very limited. The bed was very comfortable to my taste and despite being right next to an overpass, the soundproofing of the hotel is truly impressive; you'd never guess the highway is there. I slept very well throughout my stay.
Overall, I have to say that you get what you pay for. This hotel costs 40 euros a night so don't expect Ritz standards. If I compared it to a 4 star hotel in downtown Seville I surely wouldn't give it a good rating, but it is exactly what it advertises, a few little things could be better about it, if you're on a budget, this is a great option, but obviously it's not for everybody and it's certainly not one of the best hotels in town. Of course, people who enjoy lots of space and luxury shouldn't even consider this hotel. But as far as I'm concerned, despite being able to afford more expensive hotels I'd be willing to go back to this hotel as it was very decent and with great staff so for people who like me prefer to spend their money on activities and good food as long as they get a good night sleep in a clean hotel, I would recommend it.

Room Tip: People facing the Ibis next door would logically be quieter, but honestly the double insulated windo...

A group of friends and I stayed here for 1 night. The hotel is easy to find and has great underground parking which was ideal for our motorcycles. The rooms are small and rather bare. Nowhere to put clothing or luggage. The shower was good and plenty of hot water. Good insulation from the busy roads outside - you would never know they were there. The price was also good but personally next time I will pay the 10€ difference and stay in the Ibis right next door. Bigger rooms and better amenities. For those on a tight budget though it is good value for money.
