We spent four days here and really enjoyed the apartment. The studio was very roomy and the kitchen was well-appointed, with everything you needed to cook a meal (although the fridge was pretty small!). The central air conditioning was a major perk as the temperature was above 100 degrees every day we were there. Also--our room had a REAL double bed, not just two single beds pushed together, another plus!

The location is great--right in the heart of the Barrio Santa Cruz and only a few minutes walk to the Cathedral and Alcazar Palace, which meant we could get to both locations right when they opened. Despite being centrally located we didn't hear any street noise at night.

The staff was friendly and courteous and we would definitely stay here again.

Room Tip: If possible, stay in a room overlooking the back courtyard as those were very quiet.

Three of us stayed here and we had three beds. There was a small cooking area, and a nice sitting area. Windows opened onto a courtyard, and things were quiet. BUT, we didn't stay in the room much. The area was without cars, and we walked to the Cathedral, Flamenco, Alcazar, and Hospital of the Infirm. The entire neighborhood was loaded with outdoor cafes, and restaurants. The very best part of the apartments was going to the rooftop in the Murillo hotel across the street and having a final drink at the rooftop bar. Wonderful view up there and the staff there was great. The staff in the apartment lobby was also very nice and helpful.

Stayed here for 3 nights in May. Perfect location. Great standard of accommodation and facilities. You could easily skip the breakfast at the hotel and self cater or go to a local cafe instead. Roof top sun terrace. Will certainly return!

We stayed in Apartment 12 -- two bedrooms and two baths, plus living area and kitchenette. The apartment was very clean and spacious, and included daily maid service. As others have noted (and as shown in traveler photos), accommodations are relatively spartan but comfortable. The carpeting in the hallway needs to be replaced, but everything in the apartment was clean and functional. Water pressure was a bit low in the shower. Wi-fi was functional but a bit slow. The location is wonderful, on a narrow pedestrian street in Santa Cruz quite close to the Cathedral and the Alcazar. If you arrive by taxi, the cab will drop you off in a nearby plaza and you will have to walk a bit to the building. Front desk staff was helpful. We checked our luggage because we arrived prior to check-in time; our room was ready on time. This property offers excellent value if you are not looking for luxurious amenities.

Room Tip: Rooms facing the courtyard, rather than the street, are quieter.

wonderful location, right in the heart of the Barrio de Santa Cruz. Staff lovely and attentive. Apartment a bit basic - uncomfortable sofa bed in the lounge, poor toiletries, quite dark. Can be quite noisy as you are right next to other buildings, voices echo and being Spain go on very late! But pretty good value if you are not looking for luxury.
