So, so glad we chose these apartments to stay in. We had been looking at the 4/5 star hotels around the cathedral, which I'm sure are very nice but which were about twice the price of the Aguilas 5 Sevilla Suites. Having got to the apartments there was no compromise on the standard of accommodation - in fact I'm sure our apartment (the penthouse) was a lot bigger than many of the standard hotel rooms available. The apartment had a sitting area and bedroom area linked by a central area with bathroom and kitchen. The modern decorations and furnishings were beautiful and very boutique in style and we had not one but two little private patios with furnishings, one off the sitting area and one off the bedroom. In addition, as we were on the top floor (there is a lift) we only had to open the main door to be out on the generous roof terrace with pool, sunloungers and chairs and tables. Perfect. As many other have noted, the standard of welcome and service is second to none. All the guys just could not do enough for us and were so helpful in providing great tips on where to eat and what to do in the city. Our flight came in very late and Rodrigo was there to meet us when our taxi arrived and showed us to our apartment. Even at that time of night he was so helpful and keen to answer any questions we had about the city. Location-wise the apartments are really well located. We are slow walkers but even at our speed the cathedral was about a 10 minute amble. Some attractions (eg Casa de Pilatos) are right by the apartments and it's a short hop to Las Setas, the Macarena and other parts of the city. You don't need to get a taxi anywhere, but if you're hot/tired a taxi anywhere is about 5 euros - lots of taxis go past the apartments. There is also a bus (C5) which stops at Plaza Alfalfa and goes in a loop around the city centre. A taxi to/from the airport is around 22-25 euros. There are little shops opposite and up the side streets selling water and essentials, and there's a Supersol supermarket about 100m up the road which sells everything. There are some great little bars with food around (La Bodega was great) and El Traga restaurant literally opposite was fantastic. Great flamenco also very close at Museo de Baile Flamenco. We will be back to Seville and definitely stay here again.

Loved this hotel/suites. One bedroom with fold out sofa, quiet, in very good location in Seville. The guys who manage it are wonderful! When we couldn’t buy tickets online for the Alcazar, he used his own credit card to do so and we re-paid him cash. They are extremely accommodating and really lovely. There’s a great bakery across the street as well as a nice tapas bar. Perfect for families of four who don’t want to get 2 hotel rooms!

Each floor just has a couple of rooms which you enter with the same electronic code that gets you in the front door. The roof is a lovely place to spend a little time relaxing after sightseeing, the pool was a little bit confusing but it is 18 inches deep—clearly added as an amenity and shows the hosts are thoughtful and savvy. It’s fine for a quick soak or to sit in and read a book while taking a break from the heat.
