A lovely hotel right in the centre of the old city. Close to popular and beautifully located shopping area around by and near the cathedral. The hotel is also located in a very quite area despite being the centre of one of spains largest cities. Also previously the location of the blockbuster film 'knight and day' starring Tom cruise and cameron Diaz.
The hotel is friendly, clean and designed very contemporary and stylish. Facilities are great, we had a large family room with double spa bath. Room was quiet, cool and very well suited for families. Will definitely return and recommend to others. Things to note: don't be confused with the two hotels with similar names, they are both in the same chain, but if you arrive at the wrong one, you will challenge yourself to find the other because of the narrow one way streets. Also, if your hiring a car, you can either pay €18 a day in hotel carpark or find a space on the streets. The streets being narrow are not ideal for people carriers or large cars. I found a deal with Hertz at Seville airport - €220 a week for a new mini cooper, cheaper than class c and easier to park, naturally.

This hotel is in an excellent location. The rooms are very modern and clean. The 1 thing that put this hotel over the top was their fantastic breakfast - it was simply amazing!

I loved the location of this hotel! The staff was nice as well, providing really good recommendations for tapas and a flamenco show. She even made reservations for us! I also loved the wireless laptops provided in the room. I'm downgrading to 4 stars only because the bed had one of the hardest mattresses I've slept on. Other than that, I would recommend this hotel if you're not particular with the type of mattresses you sleep on.

We easily took the bus from the airport to the center of Seville and walked to the -. It is in a great location-right in the center but on a quiet street. We could walk around the city and come back to relax midday or drop off shopping.

Breakfast is exactly the same every single morning which includes cakes, scrambled eggs, cereal, and toast. The downside is the coffee which comes from an automated machine made with powdered milk. I can't bring myself to drink it.

The reception is generally disappointing. One receptionist can't speak English or Italian it seems, we were hardly greeted at all at any time of day, and I hardly found anyone there most of the time. There is one receptionist who smiles and speaks Italian really well and even offered us her umbrella because this 4 star hotel doesn't have one for its guests.

The room is very modern with a laptop and wi-fi which is really handy. It's comfortable and clean. But while it's comfortable, the hallways are bland, gray and with very aging wallpaper. It's rather indescript without any real sense of personality. In general, I think it's overpriced and not quite a 4 star in its style, furnishings, decor or service. And I certainly don't think it can be referred to as a boutique hotel.

A good situation between El Arenal district, Santa Cruz and the center of Sevilla. This nice hotel is nested in avery narrow street and offers a quiet location despite some bars and restaurants within 100 meters.
This hotel is not a real 4* hotel and has to be refurnished.
The bed had no box spring underneath the mattress, so your comfort and your "sleep" is very hard!
When we arrived, the painters were busy in the lobby and after a long trip (door to door) you feel disappointed.
I don't recommand the breakfast (expensive) which is not worthy for a 4* (it was like an ibis hotel) and I suggest to walk 5 minutes to find everything to have a nice brekfast
