Well refurbished hotel. Wifi everywhere, PC on desk, excellent bathroom, nice room. Close to lots of bars and restaurants. Wouldn't recommend Breakfast there as it is quite steep, 16 euro per person, just outside you can have plenty of bars serving breakfast at much cheaper prices. A step away from the Cathedral, all you need for a city trip in Sevilla.

We truly enjoyed the affordable family suite with bunk beds. Yes, the bed was hard and the bathroom floor was warped, but the location of this property makes up for this minor inconvenience. Walking distance to the Cathedral, Alcazar, Guadalquivir River, flamenco shows and shopping. Best treat was having free bicycles to take to sightsee around the center. Many restaurants nearby to choose from also.

Room Tip: Book family suites early

Stayed here for 3 nights at the start of August. Beautiful hotel. The rooms were very comfortable with great aircon. Free internet access with laptop in room. Free refreshments in lobby. We didn't eat here so not sure of food. Great location, everything on your doorstep. I would recommend this hotel without hesitation.

We were very impressed with this clean, modern hotel in a great location for exploring the beautiful city of Seville. The room we stayed in was very comfortable with a spacious modern bathroom and very good air conditioning, which we certainly needed in July! We did not have breakfast so cannot comment on them. There is a nearby cafe and a Starbucks so there is plenty of choice for breakfasts. The reception staff were all very pleasant and our room was immaculate. The hotel is on a quiet side street so quiet at night, but near the cathedral and shops for convenience. Would definitely stay here again.

Two adults and two teenagers in one dormitory-style room for one night at €95.00 for room only and including parking, booked on the internet from Portugal - We were totally happy with what we got. The hotel is amazingly central so turn on the sat-nav for those narrow streets. We arrived mid-afternoon which was a good idea considering everyone had retired to bed to get away from the July heat. The staff were so helpful with excellent advice about great places to eat nearby too. There is a tapas bar just out the door, turn left, top of the street on the right, one of the best ever and this is my 5th/6th visit to Spain. One warning - the breakfast is quite expensive and there are breakfast spots nearby for a small fraction of the price. There wasn't much life in the hotel like a bar or restaurant but this was ok because there is plenty nearby. No complaints about noise either, or waking up. The beds are hard as mentioned by other travelers but better hard than soft if you have a bad back!! All in all, we recommend this for a short stop-over to see this excellent and beautiful city.

Room Tip: We booked on-line in advance and the hotel had no problems with the booking. It was room 207 with a...

We stayed here for three days. Terrific location- nearly everything was within walking distance. Our teenagers definitely liked the wi-fi and computer in the room. The hotel had bikes for guests to use.

Booked this on Priceline.

Petit Palace Marques Santa Ana has an incredible location, just a block from the cathedral in the really old town.

There are plenty of restaurants, shops, bars, etc. nearby.

Eat at Taberna Colonioles (also called Los Colonioles; see separate Tripadvisor reviews) tapas restaurant down the street - good food, very large portions of tapas and drinks at incredibly cheap prices. This place is very highly rated. Ask the hotel desk for directions. It's a 100 step walk. We ate there 2 nights in a row, and could have eaten there 3 nights.

We liked Petit Palace. The rooms were really big. We booked 2 doubles, and got 2 rooms with a queen sized bed, 2 bunk beds and a nice private bath.

The hotel has a breakfast restaurant but with so many good places nearby, we never used it (breakfast was not included in our rate).

We slept well, the beds were comfortable (albeit hard, in the typically Spanish style), the rooms were clean. There is an elevator.

I highly recommend this place for families. We could have easily slept 4 in our "double" room, it was kid friendly, and the location and nearby restaurants were fantastic.

One comment on DRIVING to their location, however, ... the hotel has its own parking. A huge plus, and one of the big reasons we booked it. When we got there, their parking was fully reserved. There is additional public parking 200-300 yards away, for ~20 euros per day.

HOWEVER, DRIVERS TAKE NOTE - this is an old, old part of the city, built long before cars. Even with a very good GPS, we had great difficulty navigating to the hotel because many roads are one-way, twist and turn, appear to be Pedestrian Only, or have trolly tracks on them.

I've rented cars and driven all over the world. I'm a whiz at squeezing a car down very narrow old roads in towns in Greece, Spain, Italy, etc. without scratching the mirrors.

Driving to this hotel was the single most harrowing and stressful experience we've ever had. The GPS took us down roads that were pedestrian only. It had us driving on roads that were for trolleys, and several times we literally had to get out of the way of the electric Trolley.

This isn't a cute little carriage. These things are BIG, multi-car, electric trains - probably 70 feet long and 10 feet high. They're big, and they go fast.

Sharing a road with them is very nerve wracking, and from some of the looks we got, I'm confident we drove on some roads that weren't intended for cars. (the look, if you've never seen it, says "stupid American" very clearly in any language ...;-).

I recommend returning your rental car when you get to Seville and taking a taxi to the hotel. You don't need a car while you're in and around the hotel. It will be cheaper, easier, and much, much less stressful.

You'll enjoy this hotel. We did.

Room Tip: Ask how many people and how many beds are in each room type.
