Beautiful Andalusian-Oriental Style Hotel, helpful and friendly staff, very clean. Nice Breakfast with good coffee. Location from the Hotel, very good, 15 minutes walking distance to the center, Busstation in front from Hotel. Many Restaurants around Alameda de Hercules, 10 minutes away.

My husband and I stayed in this hotel for 2 nights. It was our very favorite place to stay in our whole trip! We were looking for a hotel with a very Andalusian style, and we got it. From the patio to the room with a 4 poster bed with draperies to the bathtub/shower in the middle of the room, we loved it all! Request the Beatriz de Suabia room. Very romantic and a balcony overlooking the street. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. They even called to make reservation at the Casa de la Memoria for an evening of great flamenco, a place they recommended. Make sure you try out the little restaurant next door. The food is good, cheap, and they will make you feel like family. Yes, there is a smell coming from the pipes sometimes, but burn the incense they provide, or buy some candles, and it will be just fine. To go to the cathedral, it is a 30-35 minute walk, but the 3 bus goes there, and the #4 brings you back for less than 1.50 euro. You can pay on the bus, and they give change. Thanks again to the staff of the hotel and the restaurant for making our stay so special!

We had a very enjoyable stay at this hotel. We took the Jacuzzi suite which was very relaxing after a day of sightseeing. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We were there during the national strike and had to get back to Malaga for our flight - the staff helped organise the transport that was needed so that we could continue to enjoy our stay without the hassle. The rooms were very clean and towels, bathrobes and toiletries were changed everyday.

Room Tip: Definately would pay the extra for the jacuzzi suite

Advantages: it is not that expensive and the service is good. The rooms are Andalusian themed and cute looking. Disadvantage: the rooms smelled. Badly. The showers view into the room, which is great for couples, not so good for people sharing a room. The location (Calle Becquer) is far flung, quite a way from Centro and Radio Taxis can be a challenge to get into the city. Solid 3 overall.

The best thing about the hotel was the staff.Very helpful and friendly. The hotel was a little too far from the best sites in the city. The room was charming but my wife was afraid of the bath tub.If you do stay here you are not far from Al Ajibe restaurant which was a memorably good meal.

The hotel is outside the old center, but this is not the main problem. The bathtub is provided with a mosquito-net, under which you take the shower. Flooding is unavoidable. The moquito-net stickt to your skin and the resulting feeling is very unpleasant. But this is not the main problem. The main problem is the breakfast: no service, or almost inexistant, we had to ask for everything (bread, knives, spoons, teabags, orange juice,...).
Finally, employees at the reception were kind and helpful. not all, but the majority... (2 out of 3)
In short: during our 2-weeks long tour through Andaalucia, this was by far the hotel with the most unfavourable quality/price ratio.

I loved my stay at this hotel and the stand out for me is the decor. It looks like its been plucked out of a Moorish fairytale and plonked into Seville. Right from the sitting area to the decor in the room, this is a tastefully done up little hotel.

The hotel is not located in the city centre and takes about 15-20 mins to walk. However the walk is interesting, so we didn't mind the slightly out of the way location.

The room was of a good size and the bathroom is nicely done, with the shower & toilet areas nicely segregated. I was tempted to buy a couple of the decor items like the ceramic stuff and some of the shower & perfume bottles in the room.

This was also one of the few hotels that have breakfast with the room rate, which was nice. The spread was quite decent and the setting just off the lobby area was very nice.

I highly recommend this hotel to anyone considering a stay in Seville.
