We stayed in Seville for 2 night. The hotel is in a great location. Couldn't be in a better one if I'm honest. Clean room, lovely staff. Right outside the hotel is Cathedral and main attractions, restaurants etc. The hotel is definitely worth recommending. The only thing on the website there is a picture of table and chairs on the roof top which we thought it's for everyone staying at the hotel, however when we went up it seem like the place was only for people staying in the top floor rooms which could be little bit misleading. Other than that great

My wife and I went to Seville as part of our honeymoon. Before going, I did a lot of research on hotels and ended up choosing Hotel Alminar. I was SO glad that I did! The room, staff and location were incredible. Our room (32) had an amazing view of the Giralda Tower as well as a nice balcony to enjoy an evening drink. The staff spoke excellent English, gave us complimentary champagne for our honeymoon and recommended two awesome restaurants for lunch and dinner - La Mamarracha and Vinera San Telmo (get the squid ink spaghetti). The hotel is also a 5 minute walk from the Cathedral/Giralda Tower and a 10 minute walk to the Alcazar Palace. This made it very convenient for us to get to these attractions.

The location of this little hotel couldn't be more central to see the sights of Seville.I've stayed here many times over the last 10 years. The rooms always clean and spacious, with the ones on the top floor having a lovely terrace....perfect for sipping Cava whilst enjoying a view of the Cathedral away from the hustle and bustle of the street below. However,it is the staff here that make it such a gem. They are always so welcoming, happy to chat, nothing is too much trouble...and always ready with a fantastic restaurant recommendation.Francisco and Carolina looked after us brilliantly once again on a recent short trip.Highly recommended.

LOCATION
the hotel is located about 100 steps from the Giralda cathedral in a quiet street .the view of the Giralda Tower from the room is a high point of the hotel.Located within the narrow streets of seville in the old town quarter and Living within the heritage area in this hotel has an old world charm to it which is unique.the streets leading upto the hotel has many tapas bars and restaurants.
ROOMS
the rooms are comfortable although a little small but well laid out keeping in view the needs of the guest.
Bathrooms are comfortable with good hot water supply and toiletries.
SERVICE
Hotel has good housekeeping services .staff is very friendly and helpful.they guided us regarding the best flamenco options in seville. We went as per advice by the hotel reception .as it turned out that it was the best flemenco we have seen.people ware frindly at the reception and check-in was convenient and hassle free .
Breakfas was not great and limited options were there .But with so many restaurents around there is no dearth of options for good breakfast in the morning.

Room tip: rooms with view of giralda are very good

Great location. Walking distance from most of what you want to see in the historic side. All walking distance to the main cathedral, plazas, real alcazar!
Small hotel, great service. Helpful front desk. The rooms are clean and just had a facelift it seems.
