This is a good hotel. The staff is very nice. It's in an excellent place in Seville. The breakfast is fresh, with a good expresso. The room is large. The only thing the hotel should improve are the bathroom walls, that need to be re-painted and reformed in order to solve infiltration stains.

I booked one night in this hotel on May 14th 2013, and I was allocated in room P5. All went smoothly till the following morning. I got up and went to the bathroom to take a shower. I realized immediately that there wasn´t hot water. I let the water run for 5 minutes and nothing. I tried the sink and another place that we usually find in spanish hotels, so I was sure that there was a technical problem. I called to the reception to repport the issue, and the recepcionist said that considering that it was the furthest room of the aisle, probably the water pipes could not conduct the hot water till there. It sounded very weird as an answer, but he said he would find it out and would call back. 2 minutes later, he called back and acknowledged that there was a hot water cut in the hotel, he said he checked and the water was rather warm than hot. He suggested me to come down to another room where probably I could have still some water, adding that downstairs room could have probably hot water. I replied that he seemed not to be sure that I could have hot water in those rooms, if minutes before he had confirmed that the hot water cut was in all the hotel.I said to him that I would take a cold shower since I had to leave the hotel for the airport. He answered: "ok".
I was very disappointed because of the inconveniente, but I was even more after the recepcionist´s answered that proved a total lack of concern, interest and empathy.
Upon check out I asked him that I wanted to talk to the General Manager, and the receptionist mentioned that he was not in the hotel, I asked for a duty manager and said that nobody was available. The situation started to become unacceptable. I told the guy that I could understand that hotels face from time to time technical problems, but I could not accept the way he was handling the problem for the simple reason he attitude was ruining my stay and my day. Since the beginning the recepcionist never apologized and tried to compensate for the inconvenience encountered. The hotel did not respect the terms of the reservation that could cover the bed and the shower, but I did since the room was already paid. He said that the room was paid by Expedia, and I should repport to the agency if I wanted to get my money back.
I told him that I wanted to file a formal complaint, he gave me the paper, and said he would not compensate, even with the breakfast.
Without any sense of the service, the guest satisfaction, he let me fill a paper that has been sent to a spanish agency that protects customer affairs depending on the government. The hotel has not any internal department of customer affaires.
It has been the first time I was facing a situation like this.
I will never ever come back to this hotel and I hope this experience can help other travellers warning them that if they are facing an issue, they won´t get any solution, compensation or a sincere apology.
I asked for a king and got a twin.
The room was the darkest one in the hotel, rather big and fairly clean. Very good location. The worst thing without any doubt was the staff, and the absence of managers. I can not imagine a hotel evacuation without any manager, for exemple, but this hotel exists.

We stayed here for 3 nights recently and really enjoyed our stay. Rooms were lovely and cool, air con was so nice. Bed was really comfortable. Ours was a double room which really was 2 single beds pushed together which annoys some but my partner and I found it fantastic having our own doonas and space while still being next to each other.

This hotel is really central as well. Easy to walk to all the sights and central shop areas without having to deal with any of the noise. We had a room at the back of the hotel away from the road so was nice and quiet. The only noise issues we had were not the hotel's fault but those of loud guests screaming through the halls and main foyer area at ridiculous hours of the night. All the rooms are based around an uncovered sitting area which is really nice but unfortunately meant when noisy people came through, basically the whole hotel was woken up. Perhaps a sign or two should be put up for people to be a little quieter in these areas.

The staff at this hotel were lovely, really helpful and friendly. They are really an asset to the hotel. Little dipping pool and deck area on the rooftop was lovely too. We really liked this hotel, would definitely stay here again!

We came to Seville to celebrate our Wedding Anniversary and were not disappointed in the hotel. It is in a great location and very central.

The rooms were lovely and cool after the heat outside. The staff were very pleasant and always had a smile on their faces. The rooms were very spacious with a very comfortable bed. There is a lovely courtyard within the hotel and on the ground floor it is possible to sit and have a drink after all the walking we did during the day.

The one thing that was lacking (maybe I expected too much) was a list of restaurants. We did ask a young girl at reception but she directed us towards Tapas Bars which we were not interested in. It felt as if she was recommending places she went to with her friends which can be taken abs a compliment I suppose!!

I would definitely stay here again or recommend it. We found it peaceful & relaxing after a long day of sight seeing.

we spent 2 days in the hotel. It was a small hotel well maintained , very friendly staff and were very helpful.. Location was within walking distance from the old city and shopping. The hotel rooms have an old andalucian style which looks very niceThe rooms are spacious and the beds are very comfortable. It is a small boutique hotel with reasonable prices compared to other seville hotels. There was good internet service and many satellite englidh speaking channels which we found very good compared to many spanish hotels that lack this service.

Room Tip: rooms at the ground level are without windows

This is a centrally located hotel rich in history with many modern upgrades. The hotel itself was quite beautiful and the rooms were very modern. It should be noted though, despite the wonderful efforts to upgrade the hotel, the plumbing within the building remains incredibly loud. We were able to hear when anyone above us or beside us used the shower and/or toilet which was particularly disruptive when trying to sleep. So long as you are okay with the noise of the plumbing and chalk it up to character of the building, we are quite certain you will enjoy this beautiful hotel.

The hotel is very nicely designed and decorated, well located, and not a large chain, which is what drew us to it. The room we had was C4 on the second floor and was large and well appointed.

The weather was rather changeable during our stay - one minute torrential rain and lighting storms, the next sunburn-weather. This provided my first two issues with thte hotel. Our room had no aircon so became incredibly stuffy and humid. Our first night sleep was almost unbearable. Secondly, I have become accustomed to hotels offering guests use of umbrellas. They are a cumbersome item to travel with, and hotels of the type regularly offer them as standard. I was disappointed to find this not to be the case.

Staff were friendly, though not overly helpful. Little in the way of recommendations.

Parking is an issue for us. Since the hotel did not have a car park, they advised us to park at the nearest place. his was 20+EUR a day. pricey for our 3 day stay. Our trip had taken us to Granada and Cordoba where we had the same need to park at a nearby place, but both of the hotels had negotiated preferential rates making it more affordable. The price of the parking was more per day that the cost of the hire car itself!

Free wifi was available, but quite weak within our room and the connections kept dropping.

Not a bad place, but it seems a case of style over substance
