We booked this hotel for one night only and would not go back. It was just a stopover as we had to catch a bus at dawn and wanted somewhere cheap to sleep. Well that was a joke. To start with the rooms were TINY and not clean!! The beds uncomfortable, it was hot and stuffy and the ceiling fan didn't help, and worst of all the noise! There was a baby/child screaming & crying the whole night. Now if it was one of the guests, I'd accept it as being bad luck, but it was of a member of staff, and the kid was in the hallway which is extremely echoey! Some of the rooms have internal windows above the hallway so I dread to think how they slept!

There are much better options in Seville for the price. Value for money:
Hostal Paco's: No sleep but have to pay
Bus Station: No sleep but FREE!

I will add one or two positives, the older guy on reception seemed very friendly and the location is quite good.

When the overnight bus from Madrid drops you off at a dark, closed, deserted bus terminal at 4am on a cold, drizzly, November morning, you will be glad that Pacos will take you in no reservations required. Best €35 my girlfriend and I ever spent. Room is tiny with just enough room for a full size bed, 2 nightstands, and a closet. Bathroom is surprisingly clean and roomy, with hot water and towels. Bring your toiletries though. Sheets are a bit thin and worn out. Would I normally stay at a place like this? Most likely, no. But for getting us out of a miserable situation and giving us a good 4 hours of sleep we lost on that uncomfortable bus, it does the job quite well.

The double rooms for single use which we booked in advance
were so small, that I wondered how the single rooms would be.
The showerfacilities were minimal and old. The clinging curtain stuff. But worst of all was the glum staff which didn't speak a word of English, was very uncooperative and unpolite. The promised laundry service didn't exist, and paying by credit card was also suddenly impossible. "The machine is out of order" was the excuse. We didn't get the promised "factura" either, so presumably we participated in the Spanish black economy.
Never again!

We stayed at Paco's for two nights in April. I liked the location because it is close to the river and not in the too packed historic centre. Still it is a 10 min walk from places to see. It is in a small street so if you are on the ground floor, like we were supposed to be, you would be "run over" by each passing car. We changed the room to a first floor one and it was much better (we had to pay extra of course). There are also rooms looking into the internal staircase which are not much fun I guess. The room was OK for a hostel - a small one, but clean, with a double not very comfortable bed. The bathroom was very small. Sheets were worn out. Staff didn't speak English, but was friendly. In general - bearable and good value for money.

I stayed for 2 nights at this budget hotel at the end of February. I had chosen it because of its location close to the Plaza Armas which I knew had a public underground car-park, which (from the map at least!) looked easy to find on the city's ring-road. The car-park cost 16 Euro for 24hrs.

The location was good, and the area was packed with similar-looking hotels, plus a few "business/luxury" hotels like the Melia Colon, lots of banks and shops and a couple of bars. It was about 10 minutes walk to the Cathederal and Alcahazar, once you mastered the route.... We found more bars and restaurants in the area around the Cathederal.

I think our room was probably one of the smallest, and on the ground floor, with just one internal window looking into the hallway... but good enough for only 32 Euros per night.. Bit small for a longer stay, maybe... Bathroom was tiny, but clean with good hot shower. Only equipped with ceiling fan, not full air-conditioning as far as I could see, but not a problem in the winter obviously. Room was right next to laundry room, which could be noisy during the day, and we were occasionally disturbed by guests ringing the front door bell, late at night, to be let in by the night porter.

The staff didn't speak English but we got by.. No breakfast facilities, but small reception area had vending machines for hot and cold drinks.

We were directed to Paco's after checking out of our previous hotel due to no hot water. It was cheap, clean tidy with good en-suite and lots of hot water. Friendly staff and good location central to the attractions.
