“Enjoyable”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 19 April 2014

We always go and see the Iglesia del Sagrario because it is quite beautiful and has plenty of art in the chapel. There are eight side chapels that are filled with art. The main chapel has the sculpture of the Pieta, a work of Pedro Roldan, one of the best sculptors of his time.

“Plenty of Art”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 19 November 2013

The Iglesia del Sagrario is free and is beside the Cathedral and is a different church from the Cathedral. This church has plenty of art. The main altar has wonderful sculpture created by Pedro Roldan between 1665 and 1669. There are eight side altars that have plenty of art also.

“Beautiful Church”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 3 March 2013

The Iglesia del Sagrario is located beside the Cathedral and many people think that it is part of the Cathedral. The entrance to the church is free and it is open for many hours of the day, so one can go in and say a little prayer.

There is plenty of art in this church. There are eight chapels beside the main altar, with four on each side of the church. Each chapel has good sculpture and paintings.
