Nice hotel, very clean, breakfast adequate, good location 10 mins from el barrio deTriana which is a great place to dine in the evenings, and within walking distance of all the touristic sites. We had an inside room, which I found a little dark, but this hotel is value for money.

Room Tip: If you like to have a quiet room then choose and inside room, but if you like daylight then go for a...

Beware not to get any room at the 3rd floor!!! This rooms are a joke at the price level the sell for!

We booked using booking.com and experienced how this hotell "uses" such sales chanells to sell low quality rooms.

Indeed the hotel looks great, was clean and the personel was profesional and helpfull. The had parking as well. But...

....We had a room at 3 floor which was terible. Microscopic small, next to aircondition achinery and with noisy drainage from the roof. Bed was also made for hobbyts, not even for small people :-) I tryed to BUY or pay to upgrade to another room, no chance there...

From my experience I recomend to double check which room you get and never pay them in advance.

I became slightly worried as I drove down the narrow street toward the hotel. The street itself isn't pretty and the hotel didn't stand out as anything great, however, walking through the front door was I was relieved to find that the hotel was nice, bright and modern. Check-in was quick and easy and the room was nice and clean, if a little on the small side. It has underground parking which is worth paying for because there is no available parking in the nearby streets. The hotel is just a ten minute walk from the heart of the city and it's attractions so the location is ideal for getting about on foot.
The only issues I had was that the bed squeaked a lot and the walls were very thin so I had to listen to the guy in the next room snoring all night. Apart from that, I was happy with the hotel and beause the price was right, I'd certainly look it up again if visiting Sevilla in the future.

we travelled to Seville by coach from Malaga and this hotel was ideally located at a stone's throw away from the coach station. It was a decent walk to the Cathedral etc but not at all taxing. The little street outside is actually a favourite cut through for taxis, drunks and other night owls so try to get a room not overlooking it. We asked to change our room after the first night when we were kept awake by constant traffic an, at 4am, a drunken Flamenco singer who was so emotional affected by the songs that he sat outside our window and wept - we thought he had been attacked........ The rooms are clean and the staff are very helpful BUT, when the hotel was almost empty and we had requested a quiet room, why did they p[ut us in the noisiest room in Seville?

Room Tip: Insist on an internal room if you want to get any sleep at all.

nice, clean, modern and not to expensive place to stay in the city centre. everything in the hotel is still quite new. there is a garage in the basement, which is a relief, if you come by car. it costs 14 euros per 24 hours, cheap compeared to public parking. there is wi-fi throughout the building, but it works best in the lobby. it didn't work in our room. all the interesting places of Sevilla are on the walking distance.

Room Tip: we stayed in the room on the top of the buidling. you access it through a roof terace. I believe it...

Very clean, friendly. Spacious lobby, quiet hotel. Room was a little warm for us -the air conditioning system was closed for the winter and we had an inside room which we changed on night two for a room with window-

The hotel is situated in a narrow traditional side street about 5 minutes walk from the main pedestrian area of the centre of the city. It has secure underground car parking. Once you walk through the big glass door you are into an ultra modern buulding. It has a reception area and sofa seating then opens into an atrium are that goes up three floors with the rooms and hallways acting like balconies looking down into the middle. Everything is clean and new and looks as if it's just been built. The rooms are a good size with air con, TV en suite etc as expected. There is a small lobby bar serving bottles of beer but with the main city only minutes away, drop your bags and head out to enjoy what is a beautiful beaugoise city. Breakfast is your traditional continental buffet but there was enough choice without being mind boggling and all you can eat.
The staff proved to be very helpful and attenbtive
All in all an excellent hotel
