3 of us (my parents and I) stayed there. There were twin beds in the bedroom and I got the sofa bed in the lounge. We opted for an apartment rather than a hotel so we could feel "more like the locals" and more importantly to be able to eat in at times if we were tired of eating out. The kitchen was minimally equiped for light meals and we had to request for a kettle which Rafael the nice owner was more than happy to oblige. He also kindly threw in free freshly grounded coffee beans. Breakfast was nice, as this was probably the only service-apartment with free brekkie.
The location is only a straight shot (10 minutes walk) to La Giralda and the royal palace, ie. central.
The only hiccup we had was we couldn' t check in earlier because the apartment wasn't cleaned and also not ready after check in time; anyway, the other staff offered to hold our luggage while we went exploring the neighbourhood. For non-spanish speakers, it can be a bit tricky because Rafael speaks no English. I managed to get by by guessing and using sign language and 'commonsense' :)
I'd definately stay there again if I went back to Seville.
