We loved our stay here - from the moment we entered to the smell of Jasmine and a welcoming glass of wine - the beautiful bedroom with it's terrace - the art, lighting, food - staff. We had a wonderful time and hope to be back soon.

From the moment we collected our bags at the airport we realised that this hotel was special.
Despite clear and detailed instructions as how to meet our taxi, we were a bit slow and the driver came to find us. He then escorted us to the hotel insisting he took both our cases. At reception a charming young man immediately took us to the lounge as a guitarist was about to play and presented us with complimentary wine. After the guitarist had finished he then dealt with checking-in and helpfully ran through the important sites and gave us tips as how to avoid the queues. We were then directed to a nearby tapas bar for a light meal which in turn was excellent.
We couldn't fault the advice given to us about places to visit nor their recommendations for restaurants.
And to follow - we had a spacious, well appointed room with a large sheltered balcony. The large double bed was very comfortable and in the peaceful environment had a very restful night.
Breakfast was delightful; fresh fruit individually prepared, cold spread or cooked food if required served by excellent staff. The quiche was particularly delicious.
The hotel is laid out around a central open courtyard to be cool in the summer but sheltered in the winter. There is also a roof terrace to sit out on in the long evenings.
There was a problem on our departure day engendered by the Sevillle marathon closing off the city centre to taxis. We cannot thank the owner enough for personally ensuring we reached the station in time for our train.
This was a wonderful stay in a beautiful hotel enhanced by excellent and attentive staff.

We arrived completely frazzled and then entered an oasis that is this hotel. We were so warmly greeted and offered some refreshment. Trinadad our host was so pleasant. She mapped out all the various things we could see. Our room was on the main floor and was so quiet. Hard to believe that you are in the middle of a busy area. We loved the neighbourhood and how convenient this hotel is too everything. The breakfast was really good and so was the service. The evening guitar concert was a rather lovely experience.

What a wonderful hotel. Ideal location in Santa Cruz. Excellent service with outstanding staff. We stayed for four nights and everything was perfect. The hotel arranged our transfer from and to the airport.

Room tip: Go for a superior room if you can afford it.

This hotel did not disappoint - perfect location in the heart of the Barrio Santa Cruz. Tucked away down an alley off an alley off an alley so beautifully quiet but right in the centre of things. The courtyard was a dream - it even looked beautiful in the pouring rain! Room 24 on the top floor was very comfy, large and airy with a little balcony. Would definitely stay again.
