We have never eaten at a Michelin star restaurant before so I may be exaggerating, but for me this was by far the best food I have ever eaten - and I was actually full when I left. We went on a Tuesday, the restaurant was empty and David our host gave us all his attention without being intrusive. There was a language barrier as he does not speak much English, but he managed to explain each and every dish in full. We were constantly given home made bread throughout the meal. My wife had the truffle risotto which was the best she has ever had, while I had the lamb cheeks which truly melt in your mouth. The deserts were amazing and the pictures do not do them justice. The place is NOT cheap - but I would not expect a meal of this caliber can be created on a budget!
