“Nice, Reasonable hotel!”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 8 May 2013

My husband and I booked this hotel fairly last minute in May 2013 for one nights stay, the main reason for this hotel choice was the close proximity to zaragoza delicias train station (for our onward journey in the morning). When we arrived it turned out that the hotel was in fact part of the train station building itself. After reading some of the previous reviews I was slightly concerned about the possible noise from the train station and the motorway in front but in all honesty it really wasn't an issue. We had an outward facing room which looked out onto the motorway which is 50 metres away but the noise was minimal and certainly didn't disturb our sleep!

The hotel itself looked brand new, there was a nice modern reception area and the rooms were spacious with an enormous bathroom and his and hers wash basins! The staff were very friendly and more than happy to help us with anything we needed and the rooms were very clean, this for me is my number one priority and I have absolutely no complaints.

I would definitely recommend this hotel to friends and family especially for the competitively priced rooms!

Hotel was a relatively new hotel in the region. Location was also a convenience considering its location right above the railway station. Reception service was prompt and courteous.

Down side:
We( my family) had a bad experience at the dinning hall of this hotel. We arrived for breakfast at 7.10am and was greeted by shocked faces as the food was not fully prepared. Breakfast should be serving at 7am. We were pointed to sit at the dining hall but later REMOVED from out seats in the midst of our breakfast to the adjacent room next to the dinning room.

Who enjoys being interrupted in the meal to move seats? I think service staff at the dinning hall should learn to be more polite. Also,I think service the service staff practice race discrimination, which is something they should correct on.

Bedroom was relatively spacious but the room was not very clean. I could see that the dust bins in the toilets was not emptied and there was a layer of dust under the bed.

hope the review helps!

Room Tip: room facing the road, it has a better view.

We stayed one night at this hotel and had booked a standard room for two. Maybe because we visited Zaragoza off-season, we were able to have a great deal with this huge room that was almost like a suite we have back home. The staff was nice and friendly.

The beds were very comfortable and we had a good night's sleep although our room faced the rainstation platforms. The train traffic ceased by midnight and started again after 5 am in the morning. We didn't find this bothersome but somebody might. What was bothering me instead, was that the room had a very cold floor, especially in the bathroom.

There was a nice TV you could watch from the couch. The minibar only had two bottles of water and some canned sweets, which I found funny in a four-star hotel. The breakfast was delicious and the restaurant had a nice view with the rough Zaragoza landscape.

The location is excellent when visiting Zaragoza by train, but it's about a 10 minute taxi ride to the city centre (there's a good bus connection, too). There are hardly any restaurants or anything to do near the hotel except the shopping centre at walking distance. It's called "Centro Comercial Augusta", and there are many shops and places to eat.

The Zaragoza Delicias station is huge so you might end up walking a lot. The hotel is divided in part A and B, and there is a reception desk in both of them, but the breakfast in served only at the one end of the hotel (of course, our room was situated at the other).

We needed to travel by train, so the hotel location literally at the station was very convenient.

Room Tip: Ask for a room closer to the breakfast salon, if you don't want to walk back and forth the long...

I spent one week in this hotel with my workmates when we had big conference at  Zaragoza.  This " four star hotel" is maxium 1  1/2 star hotel.  When I stepped in the room, the first impression was, that no one has been here after ages, it smells mold,   some  rooms were very cold,  bath was after first shower full of strash, toiletpaper and toilet was off the wall and floor, athmosphere was rude and tired. Only positive thing was breakfeast - there was one.  Location is far away from old town, but if you want stay at railwaystation, this is your hotel. The hotel is at railwaystation. Better choise is the Trypp hotel, if you want to stay this part of town.

The hotel is at the railway station in town, so it is not right in the center. The location is ok but nothing great. For people visiting town by car it is rather good though. The room was nice and big enough! The beds we're comfortable enough but could have been better. Overall, we enjoyed the stay.

Free parking in front of hotel and right off of the motorway on the outskirts of the city. Train station adjoins the hotel. Very modern, spacious rooms. Soft beds, A/C, no noise from other guests detected. Paid 51 euro total for two people on 16 June 2012. Would happily stay there again.

Great huge rooms facing the train station. You can hear the trains after 5AM. Stayed in March 2012 for one night.

You need a car to visit the city centre.
