This Hotel is perfectly situated for visiting Zaragoza. Just a 200 metre walk across the Puente Piedra (Stonbe Bridge) and you are in the main sqaure next to the magnificent Cathedral. The staff are friendly and pleasant and do all they can to make sure you are comfortable. The bedrooms are clean with en suite shower rooms toilet and wash hand basin. They also have an efficient air conditioning system not the case with many hotels. It is a basic hotel but why pay more for a short stay.

Room tip: Ask for room with a view of the cathedral

The hotel is situated a 5 minute walk away from the Cathedral and the Basilica just across the river. They have parking in the basement (10 Euro) which is accessed at the rear of the hotel. The rooms are perfectly adequate for a short stay, ver clean and tidy, with good double glazing which cut out all the traffic noise. Breakfast was continental style with a choice of tea, coffee, chocolate and fruit juices. Perfect for visiting the city sights.

Room tip: All rooms are quiet

Location couldn't be better facing the river on the north bank and connected by a pedestrian bridge to the tourist area- a 5 min walk. Nice view of the Pilar Basilica. Nice having a bar available for snacks, drinks and meals. A lift connects underground carpark to the floors above but it would be nice not to have to pay for parking.

One night stay, booked the suite with views as advertised thinking logically we would have views of Pilar Basilica, same with the double rooms shown on all websites. We get to the hotel, we park in their 20 euros a day parking and we get to the room, go to the windows and surprise surprise views to the views and communist building :( Could have paid the 97 euros for a 4 star hotel room as Zaragoza is cheap, instead took this one thinking I will see the best of Zaragoza from the room as advertised.. Bueno.. my bad for not having called I guess to make sure..
Besides this the room smells like hospital from the cleaning products, pretty intense. Also we got the suite on the 2nd floor, ppl could see us in bed from the street in the evening if we didn t pull the curtains.
I wish I could take a picture of the smell...
