This hotel is what you might expect from a four-star hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful. We had some problem with the air conditioning, but they immideately reacted and sent a person to fix the problem. The location is perfect. You do not have to use public transport. Although, it is a bit difficult to find the parking lot, finally it is not a big. problem.

Room Tip: If you travel by car, ask reception for detailed instructions how to reach the parking lot.

Nice hotel, nice room, and a good location close to bars restaurant and shopping
The biggest minus about the hotel is the breakfast. You do not get what you pay for unfortunately. However, as Zaragoa is a gastronomic heaven, - good food will be easy to find just miutes from the hotel!

Probably the best thing about this hotel is the location which is right in the heart of the city. However, if you do not know how to find the hotels car park it is something of a nightmare. Once you are trapped in the one way system it is extremely difficult to get back to where you want to be. The air conditioning did not work and we had to sleep with the windows open which was very noisy. The cold breakfast was good but no hot food was served. What 'hot' food there was (not much) was cold. I am sure there are better hotels than this but the staff were helpful and I would stay there again. Rooms were small but clean and comfortable.

Booked a room at Silken Reino de Aragon and was forced to go here. It is not an issue as both are of a high standard, and practically next door. Just the decoration is a bit different, more modern at Zentro.
The location is great, comfortable room, toiletries, free wifi, good price, good breakfast. A minor issue for us was to find the entrance of the parking lot.

A good hotel with all the amenities close to the centre of town. Excellent buffet breakfast. Evening meal menu a little limited but good quality and value. Went to Zaragoza for the Easter processions but cancelled on both nights we were there because of rain- pity they don't hold the procession without the main icons in such weather - had a slight feeling of fair weather penitents about it. Partly made up for by such a comfortable, welcoming hotel.

Modern and interesting design hotel rebuilt over and incorporating ancient Roman foundations into the modern design. Very convenient central location, easy to walk to the main central areas, and car parking available under the hotel. Good spacious bedroom at the back of the hotel, with a balcony, (sunny and warm in January!), with very comfortable beds and choice of pillows. Well fitted bathrooms with all details provided. Breakfast was sufficient with a reasonable choice. All in all a good city centre hotel.

A rare hotel that is modern in a good way with large thought-out rooms, good sized bathrooms with great dinnerplate sized shower heads and everything else exactly how it should be. Rooms at the back have spacious balconies and absolute silence. Lovely to have fresh air so near. Location could not be improved upon but might be noisy with a room at the front. Breakfast perfectly acceptable but if I were paying I would go out for a coffee and bun for a fraction of the cost.Probably the best value for money hotel in the city!

Room Tip: Rooms at the back are quiet and have large balconies. Rooms at the top have a view of the city.
