This hotel was great value for money and in a fantastic location. An easy walk from the Guggenheim museum and in the centre of the old town with some great cafes and bars nearby.

The room was quite basic but large with plenty of room, a wardrobe for storage and a very comfortable firm bed. The bathroom was a decent size with a reasonable shower and was clean and bright. There was only a small window in the room looking out on to an inner courtyard but that was fine with us. It also had free wi-fi.

Check in took only minutes and the staff were friendly and helpful.

The only annoying thing was that we could hear people walk over the window floorboards in the corridor outside our room.

Would stay here again due to its location and the price.

A modern hotel with simple rooms in the pedestrianised old town - so well placed for shops, restaurants, Basque atmosphere and sights. Friendly welcome, clean rooms and functional shower, pretty charmless but not expensive - our room looked into an interior patio so was quiet, except for guests occasionally clattering by on the wooden floor outside. OK for a brief stay.

A perfect location right in the heart of the Casco Viejo. The hotel is within walking distance of all major tourist spots.
The hotel is clean, comfortable and the staff extremely friendly and helpful.
If you are not keen on evening noise then ask for a room that doesn't overlook the main street. This is not a problem if you come back at the end of a full Spanish evening.
It is the best value for money I have seen in a long while - just 72 Euros per night for a twin room.
I would definately stay there again.

What is not to like about this place????? Very cheap, extremely clean, very nice staff and in the old town area........you can complain all you want about noisy floors...for 30 euros a night its an absolute steal.

Go to an awful out of town chain hotel if you cant handle a little bit of street noise - you are in Bilbao town centre for god sake....go with the flow

We had a triple-sharing room on the 5th floor, with skylights. Did not hear any noise above us and there was enough space for all 3 of us, bags and all. May be a bit tricky if you are tall (>1.7 m) as your head may hit the slanted ceiling - it may seem that we have the attic room but we are not in the top floor. Did not hear any noise. Paid Euros88 per night, great value.

20 min walk to the Guggenheim museum. Free internet access in the room (if you have a laptop). Fantastic tapas / pintxos bar right next to the hotel (forgo the name), recommended by a local.

We had great difficulty finding the hotel when we were driving into Bilbao, trying to find the hotel to drop off the bags. Guests should park their car at Car Park Arenal and walk (10-12 min); or drive through what seem like pedestrian shopping streets (but actually passable by traffic).

I will stay here again!
