Lanziego is a classic Michelin style restaurant. The tasting menu is delicious and the service and ambience top class. The lobster salad starter is enormous and particularly tasty.

Tasty food but lacked style or finesse. Lobster salad to start overpriced particularly considering small amount of lobster in it (€48 for 2 people). The waitress was a bit clumsy and did not seem experienced.

The restaurant was busy all evening, from 8.00pm onwards. All courses were delicious, we found it difficult to choose. The shared lobster salad to start was delicious, then we had sole and monkfish mains, both delicious. The sweet menu is very good, but don't miss the pineapple with French toast - absolutely delicious. Excellent wine menu. Lovely people, well served all evening. We want to go back to try other dishes on the menu. You can dress up to go to this restaurant but equally it won't matter if you don't!

In a word - incredible. First the food. The seafood soup to begin with was sensational. Delicious, seafoody, and very well presented. One of us ordered the jamon for entree. We ended up ordering another serve for the table! No way to describe how good the jamon tasted. All other ham has been ruined for me!

The mains - loved them. Spider crab served out of a crab shell. Delicious steak. Outstanding hake.

We don't usually do desserts but given how enamoured we were with the food, we went for it. Cylindros of cream and chocolate blew my mind. Apple tart - incredible! And the staff even threw in a complimentary dessert of jellied fruits and ice-cream which was to die for.

Speaking of staff - delightful! Attentive, adorable, and really invested in making sure it was a terrific night. They let me translate for the table with my incredibly limited Spanish although I knew they spoke very good English. So cute.

DO NOT HESITATE. I honestly believe this was the best meal I've ever had.
